No proper shower, only shower head over bath...very frustrating

The gentleman Frederic, who was managing the hotel on the evening/night of October 3rd and morning of October 4th. We were late (~00.30) getting in but Frederic helped us out with great courtesy and understanding. The following morning Frederic was also very helpful in allowing us to work from the breakfast room while we were waiting for our meeting. We were disappointed with the hotel but were thrilled with the friendliness and service that Frederic provided during a very hectic business trip.

The rooms and bathrooms are very tight and we should have been offered the internet password without having to ask.

Convenience of local railway station.

Easy to find and easy parking very close by. Lots of shops near the hotel but few restuarants.

Quite a lot of noise outside the hotel very early in the morning. Rooms are quite small.

Location was what we were looking for: 3 min walk to the rer station, 25 min ride to the centre of Paris, 10 min to cdg airport. Though the railway was close, we didn't hear its noise even through open windows, and slept quite well. And yes, as the hotel's name suggests, there is a parc nearby, the air is clean, and you can hear birds singing. Breakfast was a fair continental one, served from 7.00 to 10.00 am.

The lift is really very small, just for two persons. So we had to go up and down, up and down to handle our two suitcases one at a time. But at least there is a lift!

Parking was easy, room was clean, good pillows (not the normal French sausage type), staff friendly. WiFi worked well.

Breakfast was very basic - bread and stewed coffee.

Nice and quiet and convenient to the local station for the regular rer trains to/from the city centre in just 20 mins.

Well located near the rer - took me less than 20 minutes from Gare de l'est very late at night to arrive there. Small but pleasant park opposite. Immediate area is quiet. Everything worked. Internet connection a bit tedious to begin with, you have to register your details with the internet provider.

The corridors were dirty with a strong tobacco smell, though the room itself was reasonably clean. The room was very small. For what it was this far out from the centre I think it was rather expensive. I was expecting better.

Le côté familial et cosy, la chambre bien agencée, le personnel sympathique et accueillant, le petit déjeuner complet dans une salle agréable et lumineuse.

Hôtel bien situé: quartier calme et proximité immédiate de la gare du RER. Pratique quand il faut se rendre à l'aéroport tôt le matin.

La situation géographie à 300 m de la station de RER Aulney sous bois permet d'avoir des trains directs vers CDG et la Gare du Nord.

Il n'y a qu'un bain sans rideau de douche ce qui est hautement désagréable.

Близость от остановки RER. До выставочного центра 5 мин до аэропорта 10мин до центра 30 мин. Номер маленький, но довольно чистый.

Завтрак крайне скуден.

Sa proximité par rapport à la gare RER, les commerces et les restaurants, on peut tout faire à pied. L'hôtel est correct et tranquille.

Il est tout à côté de l'HOPEP (hôpital privé de l'est parisien) et bien pratique quand nous avons à nous y rendre. L'endroit est calme, bien situé (magasins, restaurants, marché) et tout près d'un parking. Beaucoup d'avantages pour ce qui nous concerne.

Certaines chambres sont vieillotes et les salles de bain petites. L'ascenseur est minuscule et peu pratique pour ceux qui ont de gros bagages. Il faut toujours se faire ouvrir la porte d'entrée, ce qui est pesant quand vous faites plusieurs allers et retours. Les prix sont dans la fourchette haute. Le petit déjeuner est frugal.
