Score from 651 reviews Good
Very calm , good water pressure , warm room , calm staff , ecxellent location, intenret was good for browsing, not so expensive comparef to location
Too small to be calssified as hotel I was rubbing my shoulders in corridor walls, no probs at all but I would put it under hostel, carpets needs ventilation it smells as if washed with water and left to rotten, every night when I reach hotel you can smell some cocroach spray from the street
Large breakfast - typical French content (bread, cheese, croissant) - served all to your table. Some stylish fixtures - lamps, bedside tables with built in little book shelf. Very comfy bed. Good wifi - I connected 3 devices. Lots of decent restuarants/cafes nearby with good variety and only a few minutes from the metro and RER C. Near to the river too.
Room was small with a double bed in it - ok for single occupancy but two people would have difficulty squeezing past each other and the bed. Room was dimly lit. No shower curtain over the bath tub - but maybe that's just the French style?
The position was very good for the Port D' Versailles Expo centre. Helpful staff. Nice " locals " area with decent priced restaurants. Close to Ballard Metro station. Easy to drive to.
Tourist sights needed to be accessed by Metro or Tram.
The beds were comfy and location central enough for local amenities and sights.
The hotel is absolutely disgusting, needs complete deep cleaning, renovating. The outside is nothing the pictures as looks dilapidated and looked as though it was shut down when we arrives. The reception area, walkways and rooms all were filthy dirty and the bathrooms were more disgusting that a public toilet...... Don't book here unless you are desperate!!
The hotel is very close to the metro station and for tourists it is very easy to get to any part of Paris using these lines. The rooms are small but comfy and the staff is very helpful.
Worst experience. They sould name themselves as an hostel. They painted me room while I was still staying without informing me. Don't even consider.
location Clean environment Friendly staff
Do not have machine to boil water for drinking
bathroom too small
i made booking to this hotel on 9th sept and my account statement says that EURO 70 has been deducted to hotel hotel. and then when i checked in on 13th sept. i also pay the complete amount (euro 153.6) to hotel. pls note EURO 70 has been deducted my account without any reason. pls ask hotel to refund that money. if needed you can also contact me on 00447852170316
the location is really near from the station.
do not stay here if you want to take a shower freely. a space of the shower booth is little bit narrow.
- clean - nice service
- not everybody in the reception spoke English - no elevator and 4 floors - mono breakfast
- well-priced - good localisation - English speaking, helpful staff - many facilities (fridge, air conditioning)
- could be cleaner - TV didn't work
Nothing!!!!!! The staff at the reception try to help but the hotel is to bad, therefore they can't do so much for you.
The photos at booking.com are not real! Either old photos or faked worked on photoshop. Is tooooooo expensive for the amenities, cleaning, breakfeast. Overall was terrifying! We stay on 4th floor on 1st night and was terrible. The guy at the reception change us for another floor, was better but too bad at same! If a fire occurs and you be at 4th floor for sure you'll die! No security, no cleaning, no reasonable price. If this hotel was in Portugal, the authorities already have close it, sure!
There was no shower curtain. There was live music on the bar across the street until midnight.
close to station
Location was convenient
It was dirty. The room wasn't clean. The halls and stairs hadn't been cleaned. Altogether very grubby
Staff were incredible. Very good location, 10 minutes by walk from the Eiffel.
There were clean towells every day, location is excellent, the bus to the center of Paris is two meters from the hotel, it goes to the Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Louvre and all the way to Monartre. Metro station is 150 m away. The staff is so nice, did not have any problems.
Fair price, calm area
Staff was not really helpful, walls are paper-thin... Easy to follow each others night life ;)
We loved the staff, everyone was so helpful. The location was so perfect: out of the way and quiet with excellent connections to all the main sights! So easy to commute and we would definitely recommend this hotel :)
The building is old and well worn, but it was perfectly clean and staff was lovely and helpful. Fast wifi. Excellent location!! Very close to metro, tram and bus, quiet neighbourhood, nice surroundings. I would stay there again anytime.
Absolutely nothing. It didn't even have a table in the room to work from,
The place was dark, dingy, really difficult to get to the room because of darkness and very heavy fire doors, no lift. The receptionist didn't seem to know what he was doing and after a long travel and walking into what looked like hell on earth, to be met by incompetence and further delays before entering hotel from hell was a nightmare. The breakfast was dire. No wifi in the room as it didn't reach. All in all don't continue to recommend this hotel it was worse than awful and by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
Location is good. Citroen park out of a door. Several places to eat nearby. Metro and bus station are few steps away. Wifi is quite fast.
Breakfast asked for 12 eur is definitely not worth. You'll get a croissant, jam and coffee/tee. No elevator + narrow ladder = hard to grab your luggage upstairs.
We were looking for an option near eiffel, having good metro connectivity. Location of this hotel suffice both of this option. And the ambiance of room was just awesome. It was giving a clear view of open sky from the bed. Wow it gave us feeling of sleeping in open sky.
