隣や通路の音が頻繁に聞こえて落ち着かない

Good location for my business trip. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Room was a little on the small side and pretty hot for April. I expect it to be too hot in summer. Breakfast was a little expensive. No shower curtain so bathroom floor gets soaked.

Little but nice place! Helpfull staff with non stop availability! The location is in a call area not far from Eiffel tower. Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood! Thanks God it was clean too. Really liked here

We were reluctant to book this hotel due to some bad reviews but decided on it as it was great value for money and we really just wanted somewhere basic to stay as we would spend our time exploring Paris. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted at the reception,there is no lift in this hotel ,but it's Paris what do you expect it would take away from its character. As we entered the room I was hoping it would be ok as I'm not to used to staying in less than 4 star hotels.to my surprise it looked very modern, clean fresh white sheets and big pillows.large windows that looked onto the street and as you looked up the road we could see half the effil tower twinkling which was a nice surprise. We had a fridge and aircon machine in the room. The bathroom was small but modern.. They had good white towels, packets of soap, shampoo etc.. The rooms are small but for a couple it was fine as its intimate, and we went to paris to be together so we deffinately couldn't hide in this room :) ..The location is perfect, the tude is only 3 minutes around the corner, there are lovely supermarkets about 10 minutes up the road and there is nice little restaurants all around the place..seriously a great location.. There is no need to be paying crazy prices to stay near popular areas as you really need to use the tube all the time anyway.. The staff are all lovely and more than happy to help if you need directions etc.. overall it was a great stay and would recommend this hotel to people. The feel I would put on this place would be more of a sophisticated bed and brecfast..a real Paris experience.

there isn't much to say only the walls are thin so you can hear people next door if it's very quiet..

it is very close to the balard subway station, in which you take the ligne 8 directly to invalides or concord (both are close to most attractions and heart of the city). also one of the receptionists was a delightful lady who was always so enthusiastic about helping us.

the rooms are very very small, and there is no elevator which makes the check in and check out days terrible what with all the luggages.

There is a park close to it so for people love running, it's a convenient and not expensive option.

Hotel near to Metro station.

No stairs

Great location, less than a minute walk to the metro station which links you to all of paris. Lots of really nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The area was very quiet and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke english. Free wifi in your room. Rooms were spotlessly clean with tv and fridge, lots of closet space too. Overall a fantastic little hotel at a great price! We would definetly stay again and I would recommend it to anyone. The greatest advantage is the excellent location and being so close to the metro, there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel front entrance.

Extremely small room; noisy big stand-alone aircon machine in the room (taking up the very little space there is). Top flights of the staircase completely dark; lighting does not work and not possible to see anything. Take your torch with you. No shower curtains in the bath. No kettle and hot drinks. Older travelers - beware of steep stairs.

Typical French shower with no support for the shower head. Also ofcourse no shower curtain which made it look like the bathroom was hit by a tsunami after an innocent shower. Not to mention the bathroom window had no blinds allowing the neighbour free viewing experience into the privacy of the bathroom.. Good thing they provided sparetowels so that i was able to fabricate an improvised curtain.

Les chambres sont minuscules, je me demande comment il est légalement possible de louer des chambres sous les toits 4ème sans ascenseur avec une surface qui ne doit pas excéder les 6 m2 au dessus de 1m80 ! L'escalier est très raide et monter les bagages au 4ème releve de l'exploit... En plus très sonore avec la chambre voisine. Très cher pour les prestations.

La personne de la réception qui a passé près d'une heure pour faire fonctionner la televisio.

Le store déchire, lamoquette salle, les vitres salles et l'insonorisation inexistante.

Bruyant ,confort minimum,pas d'ascenseur,le prix est trop cher pour le peu de confort,le petit dejeuner en chambre avec un suplement de 3eurospour du cafe froid!!!nous nous sommes fait avoir

Déco du hall récente et propre Le réceptionniste me propose gracieusement un café le matin alors que je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner

Finitions médiocre des travaux la chambre un système surprenant pour la télévision, avec 2 télécommande, pour lequel il faut avoir fait St Cyr!
