An extremely well run hotel with excellent facilties. Very clean and excellent decor . The two restaurants were extremely good. One was fairly expensive but a very good menu. The other a little less expensive but served by the same chef asnd kitchen. The lady owner couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool area downstairs with excellent facilities -- sauna etc. very comfortable lounge and bar area. Within walking distance to the very attractive city centre.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité de la table. Petit déjeuner généreux. C'est un établissement à recommander sans réserve. Confortable mais pas prétentieux, une simplicité et une cordialité de bon aloi. Rien ... ou peut-être une signalisation insuffisante, un peu trop discrète pour l'accès, quand on ne connaît pas la ville. C'est une toute petite réserve !

Excellent accueil, bien que nous soyons arrivés 3 heures en avance. Nous avons avons même pu changer de chambre. Il y a une magnifique piscine chauffée en sous sol, un sauna. Les repas (menu ou carte) étaient bons. Nous avons été enchantés de notre passage et nous nous arrêterons de nouveau dans cet hotel.

L'accueil a été agréable, le table excellente nous aurions aimé avoir le temps de profiter de la piscine, du spa Dommage nous ne pouvions pas tout faire, mais si nous sommes amenés à repasser par Mende sans hésitation nous penserons à cet hôtel. Pour 3 personnes la chambre une fois la banquette dépliée etait tout de même un peu juste, pour une nuit (passable) pour un séjour (non)! pour 2 adultes parfait.
