Location, the friendly lady at the reception, the cosy comfortable room.

The shower glass was too small, so it was really difficult not to wet the floor :-)

Close to Gare du Nord but in a reasonable area. Clean and friendly.

No Aircon. Felt a little dated

Breakfast was very good. Size of the room was reasonable for a city hotel.

There were ants in the bathroom. We could smell cigarette smoke in the room. The receptionist was sleeping in the afternoon in the reception with rooms keys in front of him free for anybody to take them. In the end I took my room key with me, I did not feel that it was safe to leave them there. Anybody can take them and return them without him noticing. The same with the luggage. The walls of this hotel are too thin, we could hear all the neighbours.

quality of beds. cleaniness of the room. location: very close to Gare du Nord and very close to Montmartre. Very nice staff.

Even though this is a very good hotel during winter, I would not recommend the rooms on the street side as I did not see air conditionning and the street can be loud at night with people shouting (you don't hear them in winter as windows are double glazed).

It is a very nice hotel with nice service. The location is good, near the train station. I would like to stay in this hotel when I go to Paris next time.

The room was fairly big and had enough room to store bags and hang cloths. The bathroom was also big and bright and looked recently refurbished. I loved the lobby, which was very cosy and comfortable to work in.

I dind't understand why the shower was left open (you couldn't close it) because you had to flood the entire bathroom when taking a shower and I then had to put towels on the floor..

Kind and efficient staff. Calm surroundings. Close to Metro station. Free wi-fi. Nice although costly breakfast.

Hotel is clean, personnel is friendly and English speaking, distance very close to metro (station 'Poissonierre') with easy access to the center of Paris, room and bath was pretty ok in terms of space for Paris standards. νEighborhood is quiet and safe. Wifi connection was ok as well. Breakfast not something special, however adequate. Price value for money is ok. I could definately revisit this hotel next time. Taxi service (mini bus) back to the airport with 30 euros for two persons, arranged from the reception service.

Some noise from other rooms baths during morning, (around 8), however it cannot be an issue at all, in comparison with the hotel positives!

Best price - value ever experienced in Paris. Front desk lady helpful (speaks multiple languages) & friendly. A pleasant change for Paris. Excellent bistro next door plus others in close proximity - close to Gare Nord yet away from station dynamics. Room, clean, comfortable and quiet. Intend to become a regular visitor when traveling to Paris.

Coffe/tea making facilties in room would be useful.

It was absolutely delightful, just what I wanted and the reception staff spoke english and were able to advise me on what to see, where to go and how to travel. Also interested in what I was planning to do and followed up to find out if I had managed it and enjoyed it. I felt very comfortable and safe. The breakfasts were also very good.

Location was ok, walking distance to the Metro. Public parking is also available just outside the hotel. Quiet area at night. Toilet is spacious for Paris hotel standard.

No aircon. Sound proofing is pretty bad..keep hearing people slamming the hotel room door to get it close. Can also hear people talking & water running in the room above me.

Well-located, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, free wi-fi and safe in the room,good discount on parking nearby.
