äUßerst familiär und freundlich. Sind schon zum zweiten male auf der Durchreise untergekommen. Nächstes mal wird ein längerer Aufenhalt geplant. Gute Lage, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Zur Promenade ca. 10-15 Gehminuten. Wir kommen wieder! Nochmals vielen Dank für all die Freundlichkeiten. War wirklich schön und man spricht viele Fremdsprachen.

Die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Studios originell und separat, das Hotel selbst hat ein schönes flair und ist 15 min fußweg zum Ort und zum Strand entfernt, dafür aber in einer schönen Gegend, weg vom Rummel, man hat eine Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und ein Restaurant direkt um die Ecke

The hotel is run by a Scandinavian couple who are very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time there and will definitel be back.

Lovely b&b type accomodation, the owners were very friendly and made you feel at home. Good continental breakfast. It is about a 15 minute downhill walk to the main town/beach of St. Raphael, a car is preferable to enable you to site- see and enjoy the wonderful beaches towards Frejus. If you are English-take a kettle! Would definately stay again.

Both in Spanish & English: Recomendaría leer primero el apartado que detalla "lo malo" - I recommend to read first the "What was bad" area. What was right: - She acceded to refund part of our money. - She offered what was, according to her, the “best room”, to us for a few days, while it wasn’t booked. Lo bueno: - Finalmente, accedió a cobrarnos la habitación a un precio inferior. - Nos ofreció la que era, según ella, su mejor habitación mientras ésta no estaba reservada.

What wasn’t right: - When we arrived, the hotel staff told us there were two double rooms available: one they got for us and another one that, according to her, was better. She offered us to stay at the best room for the first 4 nights and change later. We did so, but it was when we changed rooms when we discovered the truth: the room she had assigned to us was ridiculously smaller, the bed was so uncomfortable and flimsy, the bathroom was really tinier, even the wet towels were left unchanged. The staff couldn’t explain us why couldn’t we stay at the best room for the whole week, same price meaning they were the same quality: no, that wasn’t possible because it had been specifically booked, an option we weren’t offered. We told her we felt cheated and she didn’t look surprised about our complaints, and told us the only thing she could do was to refund part of our money. Lo malo: - Al llegar, nos dijeron que había dos habitaciones dobles libres: la que teníamos asignada y otra que, al parecer, era mejor. Nos dijo que podíamos quedarnos en la segunda (la mejor) hasta la cuarta noche, momento en el cual estaba reservada. Así lo hicimos y la habitación no estaba mal, pero cuando nos cambiamos para las dos últimas noches descubrimos la verdad: la habitación que nos había destinado era patética, más pequeña, con una cama de risa, un baño ridículamente pequeño, un servicio de limpieza inferior y, lo peor, al mismo precio. Tras hablar con ella, descubrimos que nuestras quejas no la sorprendían y que parecía conforme en cobrar a los clientes el mismo precio por distintas calidades. La mujer del hotel no supo explicarnos el motivo por el que no podíamos quedarnos en la mejor habitación, ya que si ambas tenían el mismo precio serían indiferentes: no, no podíamos porque había sido reservada específicamente, opción que no se nos dio a nosotros. Tras decirle que nos sentíamos engañados, accedió a cobrarnos las dos últimas noches a un precio inferior.

L'acceuil

Buena relación calidad-precio y buena ubicación. La atención es excelente. Los dueños hablan también inglés y algo de castellano, lo que se agradece si no tienes un buen francés. Lo recomiendo.
