Being close to town and my family in Frejus, easy access to the beach by short 5 min drive, nice room and spacious...all round a lovely stay and also secure car park and quiet area of town...excellent would definetely stay again we liked everything but because we stayed in the studio the host asked us to clean it before departure but there wasn't much cleaning products.....would be nice if ther was some in the room already |

Didnt impress me at all im afraid. Run down & bad value for money in comparison to other hotels which we stayed in during our trip. No airconditioning at all which made it very uncomfortable in 37degree heat. Breakfast was very bad value. Landlords house was opposite hotel and felt like there was no privacy to just be ourselves. Serves a basic need of a roof over your head tho! |

nice friendly and helpfull owners, calm hotel far from noise, clean rooms. At least 20 minutes walk from the center of st Raphael and see (if you are not by car) |

Staff were very pleasant, and the hotel was easy to find, rooms were clean, and cleaned tidied everyday.Grounds were nice. Could have done with air conditioning, but I knew it didnt have it before I went.. |

Les tarifs, le balcon, quartier agréable Chambres pas très bien insonorisées : on entend les conversations des voisins et du couloir, les voitures qui se garent sur les graviers dans la cour..., loin du centre ville pour venir à pied, chaleur assez étouffante la nuit car pas de clim |

Parking en interior del recinto Nosotros pedimos una habitacion doble, y supongo que por motivos de disponibilidad, nos dieron un "apartamento" en un anexo del hotel.El dormitorio esta en un altillo,y es bastante incomodo, debido a las escaleras algo empinadas. El equipamiento de cocina, baño, y enseres es bastante antiguo.Escasa iluminacion en el cuarto de baño. |

La possibilità di vivere una vacanza in tutta libertà, grazie al monolocale semplice, ma pulito e ben attrezzato, adatto soprattutto ad una coppia giovane. La tranquillità dell'albergo compensa la distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia (20 minuti a piedi). |

Tenancière hôtelière très sympathique et prévenante. Une clime ne serait pas un luxe ! j'y retournerais peut-être le jour ou il sera climatisé, je suis prêt à payer plus mais jamais plus sans clime. |

Le parking fermé est très sécurisant, le lieu où se trouve l'hotel (mi chemin entre plage et ville) Le manque de clim dans les chambres peu vite devenir insupportable en été. L'isolation des chambres est à revoir, nous entendions certaine nuit le voisin ronfler. Je ne conseille pas de prendre le petit déjeuner, très très médiocre. Pain et viennoiserie jamais fraiche, jus d'orange bas de gamme... |

J'ai aimé le parking bien qu'il soit petit, c'est agréable de pouvoir laissé sa voiture au pied de l'hôtel. J'ai également aimé le fait de pouvoir rentrer se coucher à n'importe quel heure. Rapport qualité/prix très décevant, nous avons payé ma femme et moi donc pour une chambre double, 75 euros pour une chambre très petite, mal insonorisée (on entend le voisin tousser ou éternuer) agrémentée d'une très petite salle de douche, aucune ventilation ni climatisation donc nuit très chaude!! De plus une feuille vous indique qu'il est interdit de manger dans la chambre, je n'ai jamais vu ça! Même si ce n'est pas primordial, aucune chaîne cablée pour la télé. Pour une chambre à ce prix, c'est un scandale qu'il n'y ait aucun de ces équipements. Pour finir, accueil loin d'être sympathique car j'avais omis de préciser la venue de notre bout de chou de 2 ans (hôtel familial!!??). |
