Proximity to city centre - all walking Finding it through one way system and in the middle of pedestrian area was extrememely difficult. Room was smallest hotel room we've ever been in - but comfort OK - for two nights - it was impossible to unpack |

Location was ideal. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom could do with a makeover but was clean and functional. Parking was easy although we were on a motorcycle so nipping through the streets and one way barries made it easy to get to the car park. |

Location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very attentive, standard of the decor/furnishings in the rooms is very good, modern and tasteful Tea/coffee was not left in although this could be requested from reception. Breakfast is quite expensive at 13.50 euros. |

Die gute Lage zur Altstadt und die Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Zimmer zu eng und zu dunkel, außerdem sehr warm, nicht klimatisierbar. Parkplatz überteuert (8 €, dazu keine Gewähr auf freien Parkplatz !) |

Die Lage ist zentral, die Altstadt kann leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden, Parkplätze/Haus direkt am Hotel, Es gint bessere Frühstücksbuffets, Baguette ging aus .... |

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation géographique du lieu en plein centre de la ville de Rouen. On ne peut pas trouver mieux pour une visite du Centre ville à pied. La vue sur un mur et une terrasse en très mauvais état, style New York de "West Side Story". Et, surtout, l'entrée pour le garage..........avec un ascenseur où il faut se débrouiller tout seul pour descendre sa voiture. Je conseille de ne pas trop venir en voiture. !!!!!!!!!!!! mais à pied ou en taxi. |

De ligging van het hotel in het centrum van Rouen was geweldig, in de omgeving leuke terrassen en goede restaurants. De hotelkamers zagen er goed uit. Rouen is een schitterende stad met mooie musea - Giverny (tuin van Monet) op 70 km afstand. Jammer dat het de prijs van de overnachting niet inclusief ontbijt was. |

Предложили более дорогой номер по цене забронированного дешевого, так как мы путешествовали с ребенком. За проживание ребёнка денег не взяли :) Предлагать более широкий набор блюд на завтрак - шведский стол |

Situation dans la vieille ville à proximité des curiosités à visiter. Confort de la chambre. Parking. Lors de la réservation nous avions une chambre avec lit double et une chambre avec deux lits. A l'hôtel on nous a dit qu'il y avait deux chambres avec lit double. La réceptionniste a effectué la correction mais nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux chambres avec lits jumeaux dont une fumeur alors que nous avions réservé en non fumeur. |

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre ville, près de restaurants, bars, et lieux à visiter. Les chambres sont petites mais sympathiques, avec une décoration moderne. Globalement, une expérience positive. Bien que les chambres aient été refaits, les couloirs et l'ascenseur sont assez vétustes et ont besoin d'être rafraichis. La porte de la chambre fermait mal et devait être claquée à chaque fois, ce qui devait être embêtant pour les voisins. |

Prettig centraal gelegen in het oude centrum van Rouen. Correct en behulpzame medewerkers. (Onze) kamer aan de kleine kant maar wel schoon. Goede verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit. |
