Perfect location in centre of town near cathedral and restaurants. Sat Nav will get you there, but you do have to go into a pedestrian area with pop up bollards. Just press the button and ask for entry. Secure parking in Hotel for 10 Euros. Room clean and comfortable, small but adequate. Free WiFi. Would use again for centre of Rouen. Breakfast OK but expensive at 12 Euros.

A very centrally located hotel in the historic old town with a large variety of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Location couldn't be improved on. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a little dark, although very comfortably furnished.

The hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of Rouen. The bed was very comfortable. We paid for a prestige room and it wasvastly overpriced for what we got, the bathroom was shabby and dirty with stained toilet. Generally the hotel had tired worn facilities we were very disappointed.

The hotel was well placed for sightseeing, restaurants and bistros and shops. A detailed description of how to approach the hotel by car would have been helpful. (It is in a pedestrian area and it is necessary to speak to the police to enable a bollard in the road to be lowered to allow access to the hotel's car park). There was no mention of this procedure in the booking confirmation.

"Romantic Double Room" was a comfortable, clean room; the package included half a bottle of chilled champagne delivered to our room, candles round the bath, rose petals scattered everywhere, and towels formed into the shape of swans on our bed. Excellent meal included (at top quality restaurant next door). Good continental breakfast served in our room. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the old market place in Rouen, in the centre of the old city. Some difficulty finding it in the centre of the city (signs to the hotel were pointing in completely the wrong direction). The promised bathrobes were not provided (but not a major issue). Parking in the underground car park (accessed via a lift for the car) was tight and a little challenging!

Close proximity to historical sites and location at the center of town. Rooms too small. Parking is very tight. I expected more for the price of the room per day.

Nicely decorated stylish room. Pleasant Helpful staff. The room was lovely but the bathroom let it down. If the bathroom was upgraded it would be stunning.

A very decent, quiet hotel in the centre of Rouen with its own car park and spacious public areas. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money

Excellent location and friendly staff The colour scheme in the bedrooms was unbelievably dark with little lighting. You couldn't see to read unless you were lying in bed.

Due to the history of the town and it's now vibrant feel, walking around and soaking up the atmosphere both during the day and in the evening was superb. The food was good and there is an excellent selection of bars. 10/10 The rooms were very well appointed with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel could not be more central and with the in-house parking facilities the stay was made very easy. Breakfast was good and all staff very friendly. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

In a busy weekend we were asigned the worst room of the hotel, on the ground floor, huge windows facing the court yard used for parking and main entrance. Courtains could not be opened and noises from guests/garage heard all night long. I have to ask myself if the assignement of the room had to do with the fact that our reservation was made through "booking"....

Excellent central location is the best feature of this hotel. I was worried about parking reading other reviews but it was easy. The last couple of streets are fairly narrow and there is a rising bollard but you hop out and press the button and it goes down for you to pass to the car park. First night we parked in the courtyard which takes about ten cars no problem, second night we parked in the basement, you drive into a lift which takes you down a level then its like any car park, a bit narrow but we parked fine in a large 4 x 4. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so hard to keep scrambled eggs nice for long but there is a facility to make your own fried eggs. Room wasn't big but was comfortable and in keeping with the surroundings. For the first 24 hours of our stay we had no hot water at all, so cold showers were not very pleasant after a five hour drive or the next morning. The reception said it had just been fixed and got rather annoyed when we complained that it hadn't, however they did call in the engineer again and we had lovely hot water for our last evening and morning. It was hard to get a drink at the hotel bar, you have to call someone from reception and we felt like we were a nuisance to them, it took twenty minutes to get a glass of wine as they hadn't got any and had to go and find some!! The second day we gave up trying to get a drink after waiting for a similar time.

Location can't be beaten, right on the square in the pedestrianized zone. I needed a fridge to store baby food in so they let me use the kitchen fridge. Parking very handy and the garage not as narrow as some reviews suggested. Standard room didn't have a minibar in room
