Tiene recepción abierta 24 horas y las instalaciones comunes del hotel están bien decoradas y limpias. El servicio wifi es de pago, después de haber pagado 130 euros la noche, que te intenten cobrar por un servicio que es para ellos es casi gratuito es bochornoso. Las camas son demasiado estrechas y que tengas que pagar antes de que te hayas alojado es de piratas. |

La ubicacion en el centro histórico de paris es excelente. Ademas el trato del personal de la administracion, el comedor y el aseo son muy buenos.volvere proximamente a realizar otra visita de turismo. |

The hotel location was perfect. You can take the RER from CDG airport right to station at the Arc de Triomphe 2 minute walk to your hotel. The staff was very gracious & helpful with directions & activities. The triple room was larger than we were expecting so it was a pleasant surprise. Please be aware that hotel requires payment at check-in. |

Outside hotel looks great. Stuff was very nice and helpfull. Rooms small but quiet. Furnniture needs to be updated, but then again, its Paris and something of the old city must be there. Overall that is definetelly not luxury hotel but we stayed there and enjoyed. Toilet and bathrom and bed must be changed. |

The hotel was in an ideal spot for transport links to Gard du Nord (about 20 minutse max via the metro) and for sight seeing. The Champs Elysees was about a 5 minute walk away as were several metro stations. The staff were really helpful and friendly and I woudl definately stay here again. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent location on Wagram. Request room on back side of hotel for very quiet stay. It was such a great location to do the touristy things yet close to restaurants, shopping, atm, metro/train, etc. Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast buffet was minimal for asking price. |

The hotel was very central with good restuarants close by. We had to pay for the rooms as soon as we arrived before we had even seen the rooms which was unusual. |
