Really great hotel. Staff were really friendly and great central location. We booked it based on good reviews on Trip Advisor and reasonable price. Would have paid more to stay as was very good. Thoroughly recommended |

The hotel is very close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile at the Arc de Triumph. It was very good for a 3-days trip. |

Knowledgable and helpful reception staff. Clean bathroom and wc. Hot water. Very quiet room. I reported on several occasions lights not working in my room. I was assured it would be dealt with but it never was |

good location, near metro station. Basic facilities all be provided. Our triple room is quite spacious. A small balcony there though no view. cleanliness of the toilet is Ok but Old shower facilities. |

clean showers/toilets, great balcony, large room, nice LCD TV the reception guy who handed me the room key was rude and non-pleasant. I specifically requested a twin-bed room in the reservation, I showed him the confirmation mail I received and he still insisted that I requested a double-bed room. after speaking with the nice guy who was there the next day, I understood he gave me a wrong room for no reason as he had at least 3 available twin-bed rooms ... |

staff at front desk very helpful and friendly Housekeeping staff was slow-came back to room around 5:00 PM one evening - staff had not even been there to make up room. Toilet paper and kleenex allowed to run out before being replaced, sheets not changed regularly. Was not thrilled with location-not a "neighborhood feeling" Price was great however for Paris. |

I loved the location. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby was very pretty. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The price seemed high but that was because the dollar is so weak. No, I really enjoyed this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends and family. I would also stay here again. |
