Very warm welcome, lovely clean room and excellant shower. It is a long walk to the Shrine but we knew that when we booked it.

It was clean and the front desk was friendly. There was no ac (air conditioning) in the room. I would not go there in the heat of summer.

Pour moi la chambre etait tres propre et bien presanter!! Le personnel aussi bien a l'acceuil et au service etait tres sympathique et toujours souriant!!! Je ne suis pas un grand specialiste des hotels mais j'avoue avoir été tres bien reçu et nous avons tres bien manger egalement!! Je le recommande vivement!!! Le plancher est un peu bruyant,dans le couloir et cela resonne un peu dans la chambre ,mais rien de bien genant et surtout cela donne du charme a l'hotel!!! Sincerement ,j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir!!!!!!

Deze reis naar Lourdes was speciaal op religieuze basis. Het was voor pelgrims zeer gershikt. en niet te ver op loop afsctand van het centrum waar zich het verhaal van Lourdes afspeeld en alle religieuze evenemen zijn. Personerel was vriendelojk en behulpzaam

Tiene una situación muy adecuada para todo Una persona del servicio (masculino) es de lo más indeseable, pues le falta profesionalidad, no es eficiente y con total desprecio al cliente. El desayuno se indica como continental y es un croissant con una porción de mantequilla y una tarrina enana de mermelada más un trozo de pan y un vasito de zumo (5 €) una estafa. El baño sin cortina en la ducha con posibilidad de dejar todo el baño empapado de agua.
