An unpretentious hotel, - clean, comfortable and fair value for money, and with good sized rooms Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel supplied a good breakfast. Location was close, (short walk), to the city centre. Secure garage a definite plus. Free Wi Fi consisted of need to open an account, (although free), with Nannoo, rather than simply logging on to the hotel's wi-fi as described in the hotel guide.

The staff - getting into their garage was a nightmare - they rallied to shunt cars about at arrival and departure. Extremely helpful with all our luggage (we were three people, one partially sighted, two with mobility problems - we were going to a wedding near Toulouse and had several pieces of luggage.

Location relatively central (but on a noisy crossroads). Angouleme is short of decent hotels anyway, there's not that much choice frankly! Rooms are generously sized and ok generally, as long as you don't face the road. As in the rest of France, hotel breakfast is pretty basic.

Friendly receptionist coped well, seemingly alone. Secure, off-street garage parking was reassuring in busy city location. Easy to miss it on an undistinguished corner location in uninspiring end of town. Required exploration to find the restaurant quarter about ten minutes' walk away. Room was comfortable enough, though a bit basic and lacking complementary tea/coffee.

Chambre bien isolé Salle de bain propre et rénové Chambre contrastée, propre mais moquette très kitch. Canal+ et tps ne fonctionnaient pas. Privilégiez l'ascenseur, les escalier sont à éviter --> lugubre il manque plus que les tags ! a part le mini-bar et la taille de la tv je ne vois pas ce qui justifie la 3ème étoile

Très beaux vitraux, mobilier de bon aloi, jolie décoration Wifi gratuite mais il faut passer par un annonceur! Pas d'escalier dans l'hôtel sauf pour les issues de secours.

Bon accueil, bon contact avec le personnel, prestations correctes En comparaison avec l'aspect extérieur de l'établissement vue de la rue, de style plutôt bien rénové, le style et l'aspect de l'aménagement intérieur plus anciens tranchent un peu dans la perception visuelle de l'établissement.

J'avais demandé la chambre "la plus silencieuse possible"; j'ai eu une chambre "spacieuse" mais bruyante (sur rue). Le hall de l'hôtel est envahi par une musique de mauvaise qualité et tdiffusée trop fort. Pourquoi faut-il à tout prix imposer un fond sonore ? Si l'on doit s'y résoudre que ce souit au moins de la musique harmonieuse.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable,petit déjeuner correct,wifi efficace Je suis arrivée en pleine canicule au mois d'aout et j'ai trouvé la fenetre grande ouverte volets non fermés et donc une chambre surchauffée!!!De plus le mini-bar pas approvisionné...Climatisation moyennement efficace

Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et serviable. La température de la chambre restait tres élevée malgré la mise en route du bloc climatisation. La décoration de la chambre est trop disparate, avec des éléments de belle qualité (meubles, douche) et d'autres éléments de moins bonne facture.

La décoration est superbe. Les chambre sont très bien équipées! La salle de restauration dans laquelle est servie le petit déjeuner, est frigorifique!! Il fait 17 ou 18° maximum dans cette pièce. Inadmissible! le reste impeccable.
