Glass wall in our appartment with a magnificent view down the hills and to the endless sea. A nice, peacefull terrace. Excellent furnishing of the rooms - everything from a dishwashing machine to a toaster and a bottle openner, that turned out to be very very usefull.

Apartment was clean, spacious (we had the 2 bedroom one), fairly well equipped, lots of fresh towels. Cleaners came daily. Easy walk to Eze. Staff helpful. This really is just a 'crash pad'. No hint of luxury. Bedrooms resemble prison cells. Decor and furnishings much like that of a 2* appartment. Car necessary to reach the beach which is pebbly.

It was easy to find and close to Eze and all it had to offer.. The terrace has a nice view and it was relatively inexpensive for the area. Firstly 'vista' does not necessarily mean view from your room - of anything other than room! The staff were obviously used to dealing with complaints given the abrupt replies to mine.. The walk to the room was similar to walking inside a submarine in colour and claustrophobia. The room lacked any personal warmth/touches and the second bathroom had no sink.. The place was inexpensive given it's location but unfortunately all I felt was that it was 'cheap'.. !!

The hotel room was not well cleaned. we found pieces of paper from chewing gums under the bed. the room walls were full of fingerprints and traces of luggage, etc. The curtains in the room were from plastic, and on the exterior side were very dirty. The terrace floor was not washed at all and was very dirty. By all means not a 4 star hotel

The room at Eza Vista was clean and spacious, its location was central to the French Riviera. We had a car and it was very easy to get around from Eze. Our room had great views over the Mediterranean and the hills around Eze. The local village was fantastic because of its history and convenience of facilities. A small supermarket and delicious patisserie are both virtually next door. Secure parking is available and although you can park on the street, you have to pay during the day. Fragonard perfumery next door is great for last minute gifts! Paid internet was available in reception area, but was not accessible from our two bedroom apartment.

Fantastic location overlooking the medieval village of Eze and a great location for visiting the French riviera along the coast or further inland. Very eco-friendly and amazingly well-finished and clean. Strongly recommended.

Beautiful, relaxing setting with ocean views right in the middle of Nice and Monaco in a gorgeous little village called Eze. 20 mins either way by bus that costs €1 and goes right to Village. Charming and helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen in room, a real home away from home.

Eza Vista's location was excellent as we had planned to visit both Nice and Monaco in our visit and Eze is roughly half way between and ideal if you have a car. We were able to visit both cities because of our hire car, and also we travelled up through the stunningly beautiful mountains which are easily accessible from here. Italy is also very close and we took a trip there one day also,- ideal activities for us for an end of October visit. We very much enjoyed the weather at this time rather than come at a time when it would be extremely hot. We found the hotel spotlessly clean, well equipped and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good in a lovely dining area, however we tended to breakfast after the first morning in Eze Village where we were able to get breakfast for 3 euro less, equally good and was served to us [E.G.a hot cheese and ham crepe] and we were able to eat outside in the warm sunshine, which we really appreciated having come from a very wet and windy N.I. Having said that, I appreciate that 11 euro is a reasonable price for a continental breakfast in a hotel in that area , however if I went back to stay there again I would do the same thing again. The furnishings in the rooms were not 'high spec' considering the hotel is rated 4 star, and despite the modern appearance in general of the hotel I would say there was a tired appearance E.G. the sofa/bed looked well used. This hotel is definitely not a beach hotel, but then a beach was not a requirement for our stay. Despite the above I wouldn't hesitate to use Eza Vista again as it was spotlessly clean and seemed to be well run.

clean, well equipped kitchen, convenient for seeing towns in area, small for number of people suggested Accommodation was rather basic and boring - whitewashed walls, 4 coat hangers, basic furniture, parking extra, noisy coaches from perfumery factory just behind, rooms adjacent to main road through village - noisy traffic

The place is good and great value for money. The trouble come as it is set to be a 4 stars hotel, placing expectation too high.

After staying many times in this hotel what I can not understand why the management can not install a playground for children. It is mostly families with children who stay in the hotel.

Walking distance to Chateau Eze-restaurants Limited view from our room 1st floor. Even if I asked for opening hours for the pool, they did not give me towels. I had to go the pool to get information about pick up pool towels in the reception! Limited breakfast, no fruit,no egg, no meet, no dark bread.

Eza Vista was situated in a good location. Easy to find. Only 10-12 mins to Monte Carlo... Nice Apartment room.. Very clean.. Staff were very helpful and polite... Very spacious.. Good closets.. Overall I would rate this hotel as 7. I didn't like the fact that the rooms had no Wi-Fi, it was only available at the lobby and the connection was poor. The hotel does not have a bar which I found to be strange but we had a good experience staying there.
