Glass wall in our appartment with a magnificent view down the hills and to the endless sea. A nice, peacefull terrace. Excellent furnishing of the rooms - everything from a dishwashing machine to a toaster and a bottle openner, that turned out to be very very usefull.

Wonderful location: You enjoy the charming village of Eze, besides being close to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Paul de Vence, Grasse and Biot. Excellent price for an apartment that offers full kitchen, nice bathroom, spacious dining room and a balcony overlooking the extremely beautiful medieval village. The hotel is nicely decorated, the service is efficient and I truly recommend this hotel. Mattress was too soft for me. Internet access only at the frontdesk and not cheap. The parking spaces are very, very tight. The corridor leading to my room needs some painting.

The view from balcony to the sea is spetacular! Nice rooms with a good kitchen, perfect for a family with children and to dinner with friends! The breakfast is terrible! So expensive in comparasion with what offers: just some croissants, juice and a coffee machine which doesn't work propertly. There are just a few tables and you have to wait a lot to one be free. Just 2 people to take care of cleaning of tables and refill the food on the buffet. Internet is terrible expensive and is just available on reception area.

Great location--immediately adjacent to historic hilltop village and shops, restaurants, bakery and food market, as well as close to desirable locations, including Cap Ferrat. Apartment was spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony. Furnishings were spartan but adequate. Suggest you visit excellent nearby bakery for coffee and breakfast pasteries instead of opting for 11 euro breakfast at Eza Vista--it's poor value and seating and service are very limited. Also livingroom has very poor lighting at night and washclothes and extra pillows would have been appreciated--but these were minor inconveniences.

We stayed at Eza Vista 5 years ago and loved the location. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and of the Mediterranean far below. The old town of Eze is charming with plenty of artisans and places to eat, including a couple of Michelin starred restaurants that were out of our price range. All is in short walking distance from Eza Vista. As for the room, we had a studio apartment with plenty of room and sliding glass doors that led to a patio and a grassy area. It would be a good place for a family with kitchen and cooking facilities available. We stayed 2 nights and were warm both of them. We did adjust the thermostat, but there is no gauge to indicate temperature setting or actual setting. The breakfast was expensive for what we had, coffee orange juice and a couple of small croissants. These were very good, but we didn't feel it was worth 11 euros each ($14-15). We were also disappointed at the 5 euro/hour charge for wifi access which is only available in the lobby. Fortunately there is a bistro on the corner that had wifi available and the food was good.

The location to Eze Village. The gentleman behind the reception guest could have been a little more helpful, but all in all, it was a nice experience.

Loved the balcony looking up to the hillside town of Eze and its castle. Nice kitchen and living area. We didn't know the reservation desk closed at 8 pm. (an email had been sent, but we don't receive email unless we connect at a hotel). We were incredibly lucky to have arrived at 7:59.

The breakfast was very good, staff was very frendly, the view from the village is amazing. A good place affordable to stay if you don't want to spend hundreds EUR for a hotel in Monaco. Not as high quality as mentionned but 1 studio for around 90 EUR was a very good price.

Kind and friendly staffs. Clean and comfortable apartment. Daily cleaning service. Dishwasher tablets were provided everyday. Supermarket was very close to the hotel, on the way to the Eze village. It was located in a quiet area with a good view. Perfect for family travellers. I will return to this if I have a chance to travel this area again. No internet connection in the room.

Great view of the ocean from way up the mountain side. Great location to get to Nice,Monte Carlo and the medivel fortified village in Eze just one minute walk from reception and it is a day trip in it's self. Free tour of the purfume factory is recomended. Be warned the paths to the ocean are longer than you think and if you have trouble walking don't take them. In gereral good value for money and would stay again No bin in the kitchen. Staff member for breakfast made it feel like we we're intruding on her time.

The room is very comfortable, it´s more like an appartment than a hotel room. I dont like places that at 8 pm all the staff leave the hotel and leave you by yourself.

Very friendly staff. Aparthotel with best ratio price/services-quality in Eze. Best location near the village. Great room with terrace and cooking facilities. Parking. Direct access to the road "Moyenne Corniche" along the coast. May be its better for tourism than for beach holidays (it's not at the seaside, so you've to drive or take the bus)

Lovely apartment in superb location for exploring the cote d'azure and Monaco in particular. Only minor issue was the charge for parking. We managed to find street parking free of charge.

The room at Eza Vista was clean and spacious, its location was central to the French Riviera. We had a car and it was very easy to get around from Eze. Our room had great views over the Mediterranean and the hills around Eze. The local village was fantastic because of its history and convenience of facilities. A small supermarket and delicious patisserie are both virtually next door. Secure parking is available and although you can park on the street, you have to pay during the day. Fragonard perfumery next door is great for last minute gifts! Paid internet was available in reception area, but was not accessible from our two bedroom apartment.

Beautiful, relaxing setting with ocean views right in the middle of Nice and Monaco in a gorgeous little village called Eze. 20 mins either way by bus that costs €1 and goes right to Village. Charming and helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen in room, a real home away from home.
