Room beautiful, loved having a bath, complementary water in mini-bar much appreciated, close to Metro. The hallway light goes off while you are still standing in it. Elevator is slow. Breakfast room a bit awkward to get to food. |

Very comfortable room with stylish decor. In a nice part of Paris, just opposite a metro station. Decent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. |

The staff was very friendly and they spoke English. Rooms were clean and nice and breakfast was excellent! We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It would have been nice to have some more english chanels on the tv, with something else than just the news. |

Helpful staff, and they could speak English or understand our poor French. The room was lovely, comfortable, and so clean. Nothing. It was really a superb choice! |

Room was modern and very clean, they change towels every day, the breakfast was good, location was good also. Avoid to stay in ground floor. Room n2 is located in ground floor but because the hotel is built on a small lets say "hill" the room was almost underground and it was very noisy because the metro is passing in front. On the last day because my wife was a little bit sick I asked the receptionist to keep our room until 1600. He answered that I could have another room from 1200 until 1430 and asked for that service!!! 60euro. 60 euro for 2,5 hours is unacceptable. Later on that we asked to pay our bill they charge us 20 euro more than the price of booking (640 instead of 620) and the receptionist was ironic with us speaking only in French. He correct the bill only after I present him the booking print. Of cource he never apologised. |

Modern, recently refurbished rooms and foyer. Comfortable and stylish decor with nice long Parisian windows. Neighbourhood feel around the hotel area (local butchers does great BBQ chicken!). Close to metro Rue de Boulet (not Nation) Minimal hot food at breakfast. Less selection of eateries at night. Location bit out from attractions. Tax per night not included in rate. |

The experience of staying at your hotel was a nice one.the staff were very friendly and helpfull.The breakfast was very nice.overall excellent, i would definately return. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much, it has been well refurbished, modern tasteful decor, good breakfast, free wireless internet, very pleasant and helpful staff who were able to cope well with our english only skills. |

I went to a short trip with my husband, having read the great reveiw for this hotel so we booked this hotel. The reviews were absolute correct. Its a very nice hotel, easy excess from euro star, very clean and modern, friendly staff. It takes about 20-30mins to the town. The room is a bit small but apparenly its a normal standard in Paris. The recommended restaurant was great too. We enjoy our stay very much |

It was in a great location to get around Paris.The staff were very helpful especially as my french is very poor. The rooms were bright and clean.I will use the hotel again. |

The desk staff are friendly and welcoming and like to engage you in conversation. The rooms are clean, modern and in a good condition. The value for money is good (by Paris standards). It is situated a 10 minute walk from Nation Metro/RER station which is well served by a good number of lines. (You should be able to reach the cdg airport by rer service with 60 minutes of leaving the hotel.) Our room was quite small, but we only spent our sleeping hours there as we were out and about in town all day, so it was not a problem. |

Nice hotel, located very close to two different metro stations. From the 'nation' station you can take the metro directly to the center (Louvre, champs-Elysees etc.) It is a great plus that they don't charge you for the internet, you have a wireless connection from your room. The service is very high, they even ironed our shirts with no charge. The rooms are not very big, but the interior is new, and it's clean, calm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Recently refurbished, the hotel is in excellent decorative condiition and everything works. Nothing much on the doorstep, but good restarants/bars not far and Metro close for quick transfer to all locations. |

Hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Close to transport & walking distance to most things. The rooms were small but the hotel was lovely & new & very clean. The hotel was worth every penny & I would definitely stay again. |

The friendliest staff I have come across who made our trip a real pleasure. The quality of comfort and cleanliness was the best of any 3 star I have stayed at - we would recommend without heistation and return in the future There wasn't anything that we didn't like - prehaps just a few minor things we would suggest to improve: tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a better selection of fruit at breakfast |
