It is a very good experience staying in this cozy qute hotel. The facilities are fairly good and the cleaness is up to my standard. The hotel is close to two subway stations which makes it a good starting point to tour around Paris.

The drainage might be a little blocked the first night but it was solved the other days. The sound insulation of the room is not very satisfactory, which may cause some problem for those with sleeping disorders.

Location

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the St Lazare shopping district and Montremarte, and a few subway stops from all other sights. It is just a few doors away from our favorite restaurant in Paris, Les Coulisses, whose chef uses the freshest and best produce to make deliciously innovative dishes that are still unmistakably French, with a wine list and excellent service to match. We wish we could eat there every week at least.

It's within 12 min walking distance from St. Lazare Train Station and 5 min away from Moulin Rouge. The subway is really close (1min), the stuff was helpful and the room was very clean.

There is no free surf. The internet connection costs pretty much...around 3EUR/ 15 min.

It was well priced for a Paris hotel. Good area.

The room was very small and the single bed was possibly a small single. But then, it's hard to get decent sized rooms at a nice price in Paris.

Отличное месторасположение, рядом 2 станции метро, близость к Опере и Монмартру, понравился персонал (вежливы, отзывчивы, приветливы).

За 2 недели до отъезда отель снял с карточки стоимость первого дня, а при расчёте в конце пребывания, эта сумма не учитывается и оплачивать пришлось всю сумму. В отеле сказали , что те деньги вернутся на карту, только не сообщили когда. Это было неприятно, т.к. при описании отеля было заявлено, что отель не снимает деньги заранее. А об отеле скажу что там была самая маленькая комната, какую мы видели. Двуспальная кровать, плюс раскладушка для ребёнка (в нашем случае), плюс маленький стол в ногах кровати и суммированное свободное пространство не более 1,5 квадратных метра.

La posizione poichè è vicino a zone di molto traffico sia turistico che di altro tipo.

Tres bon hotel, agreable, personnel sympathique, hotel charmant, j'y retournerai sans hesitation et je le recommande.

On entend les gens entrer et sortir de leur chambre.

für pariser verhältnisse unglaublich nett und freundlich, die zimmer sehr ansprechend und die anbindung ans metronetz war vernünftig!

alles prima, nur die betten waren etwas hart..... und das frühstück kann man auch in der nähe einnehmen....
