The personel was very kind and helpful. The beds are not very clean: pillow, etc. I did not like the fabrics on the walls. |

Air-conditioning Quiet room Pleasant and helpful receptionist. On arrival only one towel for two people. TV not working due to lack of the remote control. These errors were soon corrected. One of the wall lights over the bed is falling off and needs to be repaired. Health and Safety issue. |

nicely decorated air con broke. we were on the main street so had to sleep with the windows open. when we told the staff they were not interested in helping or offering any disount. poorly treated. |

The room was on 5th floor under the roof, but with acceptable height if you are under 1.90m. You take the lift to the 4th and climb a few more steps to arrive to that nice cosy room. It looks oldish but has all today equipments (mini-bar, wifi, hair dryer, flat-screen tv ...). It is clean, no broken tool. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating. |

Personnel très serviable, hôtel calme malgré la situation dans une rue passante ... Malgré la décoration sympa style hôtel de charme, la chambre était quand même très petite...Hormis la salle de bains très bien équipée avec une baignoire de taille normale ce qui se fait de plus en plus rare.... |
