Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Room was very clean and pleasant, though the two pictures were not, I feel, well chosen...and indeed could cause offence to some clients.Breakfast was very satisfactory.No other meals available at the hotel.

This is a lovely family-run hotel where we received a warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious bedroom and a reasonable breakfast. Our dog was welcome too and there was secure on-site parking. The location, near to Besancon's old town and restaurants, was perfect. Our bedroom was several floors up with no lift which was a bit of a problem for my husband who has arthritis. Perhaps this was where all the dog-friendly rooms were located but it would have been better to have been warned in advance about the three flights of stairs.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Pequeno, simples, bom cafe e aconchegante.Limpo, boa cama e bom banho. Atendido pela familia com muita dedicacao e simpatia. Nao foi facil achar o hotel porque a cidade e bastante confusa devido a sua arquitetura. mas vale a pena conhecer porque e linda.

La qualité de l'accueil, sympathique. Le charme (un peu désuet) de l'hôtel. Et surtout sa situation privilégiée, au calme ...malgré des bandes de fêtards dans la rue criant tard dans la nuit du mercredi 11, mais l'hôtel n'en est évidemment pas responsable. Le petit déjeuner copieux: bon rapport qualité-prix. La puissance de la douche gagnerait à être améliorée.

WI-FI gratuit. Hôtel près du centre ville et au calme. Chambre confortable au style désuet, mais propre. Buffet du petit-déjeuner un peu frugal. Pression de l'eau de la douche très insuffisante.
