The chain has a reliable standard which takes the guesswork out of choosing. Found the soundproofing lacking, could hear most conversations of neighbors and walking of upstairs guests most of night. Non smoking rooms a bit fancifull, ever second room is smoking so the smell is in room regardless. The staff do try and fix with deodorants.

Great location, slightly off the main round, and no traffic noise. Staff were very helpful, and most spoke some English. Food in the restaurant was adequate, and facilities were clean. Car parking was outside the accomodation which was also good. The rooms are small, but this is balanced against the price which is very good. The overall complex looks a bit 'tired', but it looks like the restaurant was only recently refurbished and repainted, and that was most adequate. The accomodation areas are in need of refurbishment and a refresh but not a reason to go elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant much improved since refurbishment. Good buffet. The room 29 was desperately in need of refurbishment. Paint flaking off walls in bathroom. Skirting board in bedrrom coming away from the wall, chipped paint etc. etc. Was not up to the value of 66 euros for a nights stay.

Easy to find,away from the centre,easy access to motorway,free parking. Only criticism was that the menu at the hotel didnt have any light meals on offer and having already had a large meal in the day,only wanted a smaller one in the evening.

Het personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamers waren net doch wel toe aan opfrissing. Het restaurant I.C. de ruimte was zeer netjes en mooi om te verblijven. Het ontbijt was zijn geld waard. Verder was het er rustig verblijven met gratis parking. Eén zaak viel tegen bij het ontbijt. Er was gedurende de twee dagen dat we er verbleven voortdurend tekort aan brood en croissants. Het was lang wachten op nieuwe en deze waren op minder dan een minuut op waardoor het weer een kwartier wachten was. Door telkens te laat te zijn (de rij voor ons had alles op gegeten en je blijft geen half uur staan aan het buffet) hadden we de eerste dag dus geen brood gegeten. Gelukkig waren er nog pannekoeken.

Nous avons aimé sa situation, à l'écart de la route notre chambre donnait sur un petit parc.Hôtel en bordure de forêt et facilité de parking. En équipement: bouilloire, café, thé et petits biscuits. Trés bonne literie et grand lit. Manque d'insonorisation, mais nous avons eu des voisins assez discrets.Il aurait fallu peu de choses pour que la chambre soit parfaite: recoller par endroit le papier peint, réparer le chevet cassé qui pendait, changer l'abat jour de la lampe de bureau tâché de gras.

Odeur de moisi la porte du sas ne ferme pas(chambre 1) celle de la sdb est detraquée des gravats sous le lit(non je n'exagére pas) des toiles d'araigée(vieilles avec insectes dedans) des poils noirs dans la sdb

Très bonne literie,bonne télé avec Canal + et service restauration sur place.Hotel très bien situé proche des bus,de l'UTC et de la forêt pour faire une balade. Chambre un peu étroite,et manque de prises élec.Pas très bien insonorisé car proche du parking. Le restot est un peu cher et les plats peu consistants.Pour info un steak tartare ne se sert pas avec de la mayonnaise mais avec un jaune d'oeuf...!.

Accueil et l'efficacité globale La localisation au bord de la foret et avec un accès rapide au centre de compiègne L'hotel est global mal insonorisé ce qui fait que l'on ne peut pas s'endormir avant le dernier arrivé - c'est à dire 23h30 dans notre cas !!!! Le bruit passe trop entre les chambres.

La chambre dans une espèce de petit bungalow sympathique et propre. La réception fermée à 23:00 heures. Le petit-déjeuner disponible que jusqu'à 09:00 heures.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, één dame sprak ook goed Engels, altijd prettig als je zelf de Franse taal niet echt beheerst. Er was ruim de tijd om te ontbijten met eenvoudige lekkere producten. De deur van de kamer sloot niet echt goed, 's morgens werden we wakker en concludeerde dat de buitendeur openstond.

Het restaurant was goed. Ook goed kunnen ontbijten. De kamers vielen heel erg tegen. De kamers zijn niet in een gebouw maar je moet buiten naar je hotelkamer lopen. Dit zijn verschillende kleine gebouwtjes met kleine kamertjes. We hadden ook geen warm water en in de bedden voelde je de spiralen er door komen. Het hotel ligt ook nog ruim 10 km van de snelweg af. In de morgen veel drukte om de snelweg te bereiken.

le personnel est compétent et très pro. J'ai cru arrivé dans un motel des années 70 ! de gros efforts sont réalisés mais il n'en demeure pas moins bruyant avec les voitures qui stationnent devant votre chambre et le bruit de la route toute proche.
