The location was very central close to metro. Staff were very friendly .

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Location of Hotel and Metro Statin is so closed. It is high advantage to stay in Paris.

Elevator system is not convenient to customer.

Value for money. Kind staff. Good en quite location near Metro Argentine, and perfect parking garage nearby in Rue Brunel. I would like the possibility to make some coffe or tee in the room. but that's all I missed. We didin't use breakfast, since there are enough cafés and boulangerers nearby.

Harvey's location is very near to all the city attractions like the Arch d Triompe, Eiffiel tower, major shoppings like the Lafayette, the lv store etc. The "hope on hope off" buses routes are near by. The hotel is reasonably clean.....value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to others Harvey to stay in Paris.

No parkings and loadings and unloadings are done on the street.

staff very polite and helpful. room very clean and reasonably large. free wifi internet access. location very close to metro and Beauvais bus station, also quiet and close to restaurants and shops.

asked for a triple room, what we got actually was a double with extra bed (extra bed was actually terrible).

Location OK. Laudrymat nearby. Hertz car rental also very close. Small grocery store within 5 mins! Nice Lobby, but that's it....

Old, and very tired rooms! No ventilation, but A/C is OK.

Very good location, extremely helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay at Harvey. The facilities are good and the rooms are clean. The hotel is situated close to a metro and the Air France bus stop which made our commute between the hotel and the airport quick and easy (you can use the bus even if travelling with a different airline).

The shower is in the bath - which would not have been a problem if the glass shield was a bit longer to avoid the water splashing on the floor.

Close to conference venues. Staff were extremely helpfull and all spoke english. Good access to public transport

The location of the hotel is at the heart of Paris, just a few meters from the Palais de congres and the Avenue de Grande Arme which is the continuation of the famous Champs Elysee Avenue. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The room is very clean, tidy and has all the needed amenities, clean bathroom, air condition, lcd, etc. The staff are informed about all the transport of Paris and the famous touristic places and how to get to any one of these and are helpful providing information.

The internet service is not always available in the room, and sometimes not even in the lobby, which keeps one a sort of late on tracking emails and other internet issues.

The hotel is near Palais de congres. Very convenient for events at this site.

The rooms are very small and access to the rooms are not easy if you have luggage. The internet connection, albeit free, simply did not work. Do not rely on the hotel internet. This is a very negative point as one stays here because of the conference center.

Its location is good. clean, comfort and cool.

Ground floor & sixth floor are bad options, avoid them if you want to have some sleep in the night. No shower curtains, Air con does not work properly
