Location was great, near Opera Metro station. Shopping, wine shop, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. We had two rooms that shared a common private foyer. Nice granite/tile bathrooms. Helpful staff, friendly. Inclusive breakfast was available 7am to 10:30 am. Excellent security control since they require that you deposit your room key at the hotel desk each time you depart hotel. |

good value for money in an excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff they gave us only 1 key to the room that we had to leave on reception everytime when going out of the hotel |

無料インターネットが良かった。オペラ座からルーブル博物館へ通じる大通りからわずか２０ｍ入った所がホテ- ルの入口。治安面も安心。周辺には多くのホテルがあるが好ロケーションでビジネスにも観光にも良い。 |

Hotel pequeño y con trato amable, disfrutando de una situación privilegiada a dos pasos de la Ópera. Desde el hotel se puede visitar Paris caminando. Cercano a estación de metro y RER y con muchas líneas de autobuses. Es silencioso y se descansa bien si la cama que te toca es cómoda. El desayuno es correcto pero podría mejorar.La comodidad de las camas es discreta. |

Le personnelde l hotel est tres professionnel,va au devant des besoins du client et toujours avec le sourir..c est rassurant reposant et tellement rare.merci. L emplacement de l hotel est egalement ideal.parking a proximité.de l espace pour le petit dejeuner et la connection wiffi offerte. |

現地ツアー会社集合場所、メトロ駅、ルーブル、オペラ座、デパート全て徒歩圏で便利。近くは夜も人通りがあ- り治安面での不安は感じなかった。大通りから５０ｍくらい離れた一方通行の通りに面していて静か。スタッフ- が皆 親切。天井が高いので狭くは感じない。冷蔵庫内にスーパーで買った水や惣菜など入れておけるスペースも少し- はある。朝食はパン、チーズ、ハム、飲料等 それぞれ多種類が用意されていたので、７泊したが飽きなかった。 パブリックスペース 待合室もあり 待ち合わせにも便利だった。 無線ＬＡＮが 部屋で無料で接続できる時間帯に制限（平日 am8:00-pm8:00 、日曜は使用不可 等）があり、夜の部屋での作業はできなかった。ビジネス等で不可欠な方は、 ロビーでなら接続可能か等 予約前に要確認。すぐ近くにネットカフェもある。 |

Отель уютный, но для заявленных 4-х звезд не дотягивает. Мы считаем, что это крепкие 3 звезды. А для трех звезд, он, мякго говоря, дороговат. Меню на завтрак, для заявленной стоимости, очень скудное. Парковка в отеле отсутствует, даже приткнуть машину на 5 минут для выгрузки багажа некуда, а ближайшая муниципальная в 300 метрах метрах. При понижении стоимости номеров на 30-40 % ему бы не было цены |

Бдительность персонала на высоте - гостей не просто спрашивают в какой номер они идут, а звонят постояльцам и уточняют, пускать ли этих гостей. А наличие хорошего ресторана непосредственно в гостинице очень удобно. Да. Надо либо убрать из описания номеров наличие чайника и халата с тапочками, либо действительно добавить это в услуги отеля. |
