Excellent location, very close to the Opera and a 15 minutes walk to the Louvre. The staff was polite and helpful, and most of them speak pretty good english. Nice decoration in the rooms and common areas. The room was spotless, it had a well stocked mini bar and the bathroom was very nice, with a bathtub and nice toiletries. We were flying out very late in the evening, but we were able to leave our luggage after we checked out, to have a last walk in the town. Room was small, but this is the case in all Paris hotels. Also, at this price, I would like for the room to have a kettle, to be able to make tea or coffee in the room - however, it is not a big deal as one can hardly spend a lot of time in the hotel room when in Paris!

Buffet breakfast included. Quiet back street, yet very close to Opera square, the metro and shopping. The hotel was much better than I had expected. Soundproofing of the rooms could be better.

It had a good and quiet location but had easy access to the main areas. This is not a complaint, but the bar staff could be a little noisy, however they were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location - very close to Opera and Galeries Lafayette / Prentamn shopping area. Louvre and Cite sightseeing areas are walking distance. The nearest paring is on the other side of Opera av. So not too convenient to walk with the luggage. To park in front of the hotel (to drop-off bags) is hardly possible.

We enojoyed our stay at the Horset Opera. The reception staff were helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was help yourself, from a quite wide range of food and beverages, but that was relaxing. Creaky slow lift, not a big problem.

Great location just off the avenue de l'opera and round the corner from where the Roissy airport bus stops so it is easy to find. Good metro stop nearby which makes travelling around the city easy. Rooms were small but better than average for Paris and the quality and cleanliness was of a high standard. Breakfast were very good. On the oposite side of the Avenue de l'opera and down a sidestreet is a square with lots of good places to eat at reasonable prices. The street outside was a bit noisy but did not disturb my sleep.

Great location The beds were too soft and the pillows extremely big. You need smaller and softer pillows. Plus the shower demands some glass door to prevent the bathroom from getting wet.

The hotel staff were most accommodating. They booked restaurant reservations, attended to important messages, called cabs and airport shuttles. Anything we wanted the answer was always yes.Hotel staff spoke English fluently. Breakfast was superb, it was much more than a Continental breakfast and began as early as 7 am. The street is a little hard to find and having a little map for cab drivers to look at is helpful. That said, the location was very convenient to everything.

In general Horset Opera is nice. But if you need smth, like towel or dental kit after 22 pm be ready to pick this up by yourself at the reception. Nobody will bring it to you. Fresh orange juice will make the breakfast much more attractive.

I chose the Horset Opera after reading reviews on a number of 4 hotels in Paris as it was rated very highly. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and had no problem with noise from other rooms or outside. The hotel is also in a good location, walking distance from the Louvre and Opera house and also restaurants and bars. Also there are two nearby metro stations. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short break. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but hardly a complaint.

Above all the location is excellent. The subway and local railways networks let us easily get to any destinations in the city of Paris and its vicinities. There are many and a wide variety of restaurants around the hotel where we could get in a few minutes by walk. So we also fully enjoyed groumet while staying at the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and well furnished with toilet articles not only soap, shampoo but also tooth brush, razer and other small convenient items as in Japan. The room is clean and well furnished, but too small for twin bed room so that when the bath room door was opened, it almost touched the bed which was placed at the bathroom side.

Great location. Clean hotel, room. Good staff, particularly reception area. Would have given higher marks if the price was lower. Not much to complain about - the room was rather small, but ok by Paris standards.

Comfortable hotel, the staff were great, very informative, gave lots of very useful advice, our rooms were lovely, plenty of choice from the continental breakfast, which was replenished regularly. The hotels location was just off the main drag, so was quiet.

Very Friendly and helpful staff, King bed and bathroom well equipped with quality fittings. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet, slept with window open and heard nothing. Excellent location convenient to the Louvre, Opera Metro and not far to walk down to the Seine. Bathroom rather cramped and room a bit dark due to external walls only a few metres from bedroom
