The location of the hotel was reasonably good. However, there were no directions on how to get to the hotel and it is not signposted. The waiters and porters worked hard although it was clear there were not enough of them. The room was small and the decor drab for 4 stars - more like a motorway motel. The bathroom had no ventilation and just a sliding door instead of a normal door, allowing all the bathroom aromas to penetrate into the room - hardly pleasant! The hotel staff was totally despondent when we moved out within 24 hours to a more upmarket hotel. Price was a disgrace for the place. Lots of other nuissances |

Бдительность персонала на высоте - гостей не просто спрашивают в какой номер они идут, а звонят постояльцам и уточняют, пускать ли этих гостей. А наличие хорошего ресторана непосредственно в гостинице очень удобно. Да. Надо либо убрать из описания номеров наличие чайника и халата с тапочками, либо действительно добавить это в услуги отеля. |

Hôtel et chambre très propre. Personnel sympa et souriant. Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre était délicieux. La chambre était plus petite qu'elle n'avait l'air sur photo et donnait sur une court sombre. La salle de bain était mal ventilée et très vite embuée. |
