The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good - near the main road (bis route from northern France to south) and on the edge of a lovely lake, nice to walk around. Room spotless and had everything you needed (hairdryer from front desk) Room really very small, hardly space for suitcase. Food was pretty poor, but pricey compared to bed for night. Road rather noisy - presumably bedrooms on lake side would be quieter.

This is a good-value hotel in an excellent location. There's lots to do and see in Autun, and in the surrounding countryside too. The restaurant feels very basic, but the food was surprisingly good. I just think the Ibis formula is too penny-pinched. The rooms are very cramped - even an extra foot in length/width would have made a difference.

Deze Ibis is anders dan de andere die ik reeds bezocht heb (en dat zijn er al wat). Vooral dan het restaurant, dat erg gezellig is ingericht. De kamers blijven natuurlijk kamers, zoals ze dat in veel Ibis-hotels zijn.

J'ai été étonné de constater un écart de prix, en ma defaveur, de ma chambre de pres de 10 euros avec celle de mes amis qui ont reserve quelques jours avant leur arrivée,seulement. Si vous m'en donniez la raison ,j'en serai ravi.

Sa situation géographique près du lac, ses petits-déjeuners, sa douche Vous pourriez investir dans des porte-boite pour les sachets hygieniques, au lieu de les laisser trainer sur les toilettes. l'espace entre le lit et le bureau est beaucoup trop petit, surtout avec la chaise, impossible d'aller dans la penderie.

De lange wandelweg naar het centrum Personeel sprak alléén Frans. Kamers waren veel te klein, geen plaats voor koffers. douche cabine veel te klein.Ontbijt eentonig (in alle bezochten Ibis hotel het zelfde)

Plus jamais ibis : 1. J'avais demandé 1 chambre à 2 lits séparés, non- respecté. 2. Nous désirions garder les draps et les linges plusieurs jours comme c'est proposé, mais on ne tient pas compte de notre désir de respecter à notre modeste mesure l'environnement et on nous les change après 1 nuit, puis, à notre étonnement, on nous dit que l'affichage de cette option est obligatoire mais que ibis ne le respecte pas. C'est le comble !. 3. Robinet du lavabo défectueux. 4. Porte de la chambre et sa serrure bloquées, en mauvais état. Conclusion : très déçus, logis de france = beaucoup plus sérieux et agréable.

Sa situation. Excentré et à proximité du plan d'eau, c'est un hôtel calme, propre, la chambre d'un bon confort, le personnel accueillant mériterait d'être noté très bien (difficile de mettre excellent, qui voudrait dire irréprochable !).
