Very good location, near the metro station ,about 300 meters in a clean area...close to the carreffour market (across the street). The stuff was helpful when you ask for something...we,ve been with one child of 7 and an enfant ,so they gave a room with two beds even we didn't ask to....so the space in the room was quite small..bathroom acceptable like space but i can say clean. We were lucky with the weather so we didn't have to stay for long inside. In our last day the temperature was about 27 and i didn't like so much the warm that apear inside ( probably humidity also). The pram has enough space in the elevator...take care at the metro stations ...there are no escalators in many stations( i climbed so many stations with the pram that i beat a record for certain). small room.

I've chosen Ibis Hotel because it was recommended by my partner. He stayed in Ibis Hotels while visiting Chech Republic and liked it for services and money. I was surprised to see how small the room was and the hotel itself is very small. But actually it didn't influence my opinion which is quite good. The twin room we stayed was well-cleaned and the bathroom was shining all the time. Towels were clean and changed every day even if I hadn't asked. The staff may be is ither very friendly and welcoming nor rude or impolite. The breakfasts were really French and we liked croissants :). So I'd put 5-6 out of 10. The room is very small. The staff should be more welcoming.

Reception people were nice, location was also fine. I'd say it was worthy the money, but would recommend to stay for one or two days max. Parking is very tough in that location, unless you pay underground garage. Room was very small, two people could barely fit in. One chair only, no closet or fridge. Bathroom was okay, toilet had a problem with flushing, shower sink was probably full as it took forever until the water got out.

Friendly staff greeted me and assisted every time I approached. Speak English with me learning that I know no French. Selene, is a great help! Gave me good information that I was able to travel around the hotel area as well as direction to find the hop-on/hop-off bus for sight-seeing in the city centre. Although location is 20-30mins away from city centre, it is safe, clean and neat. I sincerely hope the team will carry on their amazing effort as I am definitely wishing to visit Paris and stay at this Ibis again. All the best Ibis @ Tolbiac!

The price: For the money, it's the best deal we've ever found in Paris. The breakfast: For 9 euros, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereal, croissants, pains au chocolat, juices, breads, spreads, and several different types of coffee. Again, for the money, it couldn't be better. The staff: The staff was always smiling, polite, and very accommodating. We extended our stay via booking.com and there wasn't a single hitch; we were able to stay in our same room, no problem. The window: The window to our room was more than double-paned -- it was double-windowed. The inner window opened onto an outer, sliding window, which suppressed about 90% of the street noise, enough that we didn't even notice it. The wi-fi: There's a limit on how much you can use the wi-fi within a 24-hour period, based on data downloads (200 mb, I think). This means no Netflix or any other extensive streaming. It was sufficient (most of the time) for emails, Facebook, Yahoo!, Etc. I think if you subscribe to Orange, sfr, or another such isp, you can log in using those credentials, but we subscribe to Numericable, which doesn't offer that pubic access-type service.

The room is clean and comfortable. It's equipped in automatic air-conditioner (very efficient). Friendy staff. Hotel is very close to Tolbiac metro station. Also few minutes walk to Carrefur market, McDonalds, shopping centre any many parisian cafes. Good value for money. It's impossible to pay for stay during check-in. Only at check-out.

It is a clean hotel Except the small size of the room, at first it was good. We were 2 couples and unfortunatelly for the other one, the heating in their room didn't work. Other than that you pay what you get for a 3 star hotel in paris

The greeting of the gentleman was good and he was very helpful thank god, as we arrived late checked into our room which as soon as we entered, could smell awful cigaret smell and not just from a couple of cigs, it was bad, slept with window open. Next morning, 9.30 am asked to move after we got reception to come up and see/smell the room. We were told all rooms were full so would have to wait til 12, which was impossible as we were going out for the day. We had to pack everything up leave it in the recep go out and change room when we returned which was about 8pm. This room did not smell but both rooms there was no room to unpack your case it was so small for a twin room. This was suppose to be a 3 star yet the carpets were probably over 30 years old. And did not want to walk around bear foot in our room.

5-10 minutes from metro station 2 minutes from bus station Quite area Clean rooms Friendly staff, english speaking. Room was very small, just a bed, and a small desk. Small bathroom. Although the bed was large, and this room was a "double bedroom", it can never accomodate 2 adults.
