The customer service is really bad at this hotel! We got to the hotel around 9am, rooms are not ready till 12pm ok fair enough they do mention that the check in time is at 12. Check in time came, and by this time me and my friends were exhausted, we kept asking front desk if the rooms were ready, it was now 1:30pm and we still haven't been checked in, the lady was very rude. They made us sit in the lobby from 9am, no one offered us a drink or apologised for the delay. Horrendous customer service
Staff were friendly, beds are comfy. Price was right for Paris and the rooms was not too small like I expected.
The location. To get to the Eiffel Tower we had to take 3 transfers on the metro. It's really far if you want to see any attractions. We had a 4 year old with us and doing the metro every day just to see attractions was crazy. Specially with a stroller. Hotel is nice if your stay requires you to be in the area.
I'm Asian that travelling for so long thus it's a great location with a lot of Asian restaurants. 400m from the Tolbiac metro - that every convenience to travel around Paris Nice staff.
The room is quite tidy. The wifi is not saved, you have to log in every time you check it.
Location is good. Very convenient , staff are friendly and helpful except the last day morning change of shift , 1 staff doesn't really understand English .
No kettle in room. Room is really very small. No place to open up big luggages .
I order the room for three people but they give me 2 people maximum to stay , it is not honest staff . Location is bad
offered by Loubna especially, and Isabella as well. Thank you.
Plumbing: the water for the sink & shower doesn't seem to flow well; need to give time for the buildup to drain.
Clean and tidy.
Considering I had emailed them 3 months earlier for keeping the same room since there were two continuous bookings I hadn't received an answer and had to pack twice. Plus the new room had no space for opening my luggage or even walk around.
Breakfast, employers very friendly and always ready to help
Very small room and toilet
close to china town, nice bakery and supermarket around. staffs are friendly, clean.
location not close to city center small room!
The only negative is the hotel is bit tight! not enough space to manvouever around the room,
Cleanliness Local shops Distance from Metro
Small rooms Paper thin walls
Nice looking and clean
The room was verry small
Location perfect Friendly staff Good price
The rooms was a bit small
Location! Walking to the metro easily Safe street at night Great restaurant, store, drugstore, bank, etc all within 2 blocks Complete breakfast buffet. 24 hour access Clean room Working air conditioners. Windows that open easily Nice staff.
Can't change money (there is a Western Union across the street though) Very tiny room and bathroom. No fridge, safe, or hairdryer in room. No place to put suitcases.
Easy to find (driving into Paris from the south), parking option very near to hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good showers, no street noise in rooms. Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet area and felt safe returning late at night.
Rooms are small (we had a double and a triple)
The price was really acceptable even though in summer time.
The room was quite small, I booked for a triple room but I got a double room with one more extra bed. It was noisy when I was living there and did not have a good sleep. Breakfast was really bad and it cost 9.5 euro, it did not make any senses.
The staff were outstanding. They were polite and always ready to help.
Wi-Fi connection was absolutely terrible in the 3 nights I was there. I could not connect at all, not even once.
Price, location, close to eating establishments and public transportation, quiet area, friendliness & helpful staff-very accommodating. Held baggage before & after check ins & outs. Good price for location & basic needs.
Small rooms, we got in early (9am) and told that rooms weren't available until later. Rooms lack views.
The hotel is situated very close to metro station "Tolbiac", which is convenient for traveling into Paris city center. There's plenty of cafes and fast food restaurants nearby so you won't starve while you're at this hotel. Wifi worked perfectly.
There was no minibar in the room and only 2 electric power points (none of them in the bathroom) and even though we made a reservation for 3 beds room, we only got classical room with queen bed and 1 extra bed (which is not as big as classical bed..)
Staff was very well trained. Honest policies. Good location with a lot of Arab food restaurants nearby as well as within walking distance of Tolbiac metro station. Breakfast price was very reasonable - with the flexibility to skip without being charged for it.
Room appeared to be too cramped. Power outlets for charging phones etc. were not near the bed-side. Bathroom layout was not good.
very good, comfortable and clean room, good prize (a bit less than 100 euro)
repeated signing in for every wifi session, location in a bit empty part of paris (very few bars and restaurants close by)
- friendly reception desk staff and friendly maids. - location near great asian eateries and 4 metro lines nearby (from Place d'Italie and Olympiades). - room was good and clean
the elevator makes some noise, which you can hear in some rooms.
great service of check-in and call for a taxi
a bit small for a room of 3 persons
The price and location . Some of the hotel staff were helpful.
The check in time was 12 Noon , but the room was eventually ready at 2 pm. The receptionist was very harried and initially very unhelpful . Once things calmed down she was reasonably OK. Tiny room. We had our 9 year old son too and the room was not designed for 2 adults and a child although we specifically booked for that. We anticipated a no frills but efficient hotel and were disappointed by the efficiency.
Hotel staff were very co-operative and location of the hotel is very near metro station which is very much required for Paris visit.
Rooms are very small
