Near to metro station, restaurants and Carrefour.
The room is too small. It was almost impossible to fit 3 persons and our luggage. I never saw a room so small like this one.
The room is too small...I have never seen such a small room...
The bed is really comfortable, and all the staff are kind.
Toooooooooooo small for 3 people. Can not move in the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff, also able and willing to speak English if necessary. Rooms are quite small but big enough for two adults - when you are in Paris you dont want to spent your time in the hotel room or lobby, so the size is not the primary factor regarding this hotel. Only the toilets are quite tiny so that you might have problems sitting on them for a long time if you are more than 1.80 m. Nevertheless the rooms are very clean totally adequate for having some nice days in Paris. We didnt take breakfast so we cannot rate. Close walking distance to the metroand to the place d'Italie where you can find some really nice restaurants.
Very small toilets
The location was nice and safe with good metro connections from Tolbiac and Place d'Italie (few minutes walk from the hotel). There is also a Monoprix market just around the corner from Rue de Tolbiac for late-night snacks. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English if needed. The whole hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable! TV and free Wi-Fi are a +++++
Rooms are small, as noted, but there's not much they can do about it. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but it's still a good start for the day.
most of things i apreciated.for this i like to return back.
wifi is not so practical .i hope to may be enhansed.
- Very friendly staff - location was ok, there is a Carrefour Market, Quick, McDonalds, etc nearby. Chinatown is only 1km away from the Hotel. And the metro station Tolbiac is just 8 min walking. - free WI-FI through out entire hotel
- The beds were too soft, mattress was like 4-5cm thick. The ones that you buy at ikea for a very cheap price. - unwanted room cleaning, despite we put a DO NOT DISTURB sign at the door. - Cleaning staff suddenly entered our room(with their master key), even despite its after check-in time on our first day of stay. - no mini bar or complimentary coffee/tea in the room (and that for a 3 star hotel...) - comfort was definitely not a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star. - unable to fulfill their promises to solve any issues within 15 min, as state by the IBIS company policy. - walls where a little on the thin side, as we could hear our neighbors talking loudly, even those from upstairs.
Clean, welcoming with good staff.
I had about 6 inches between the edge of the toilet and the wall. Sat on it my knees had to lift up and my face virtually pressed against the wall. Terrible design and incredibly uncomfortable
Near to metro station. clean beds and rooms. nice service
Small rooms for 3 persons.
Location and staff
Room was small for two adults and 1 kid
everything is excellent, very good breakfast, great choice. it's worth the price
I didn't understand how to use WiFi, but maybe it was my problem
Comfortable bed to sleep. Friendly staff.
Car parking is too far. Card given to operate the barrier did nt work.
The metro nearby on walking distance
It is impossible to sit on the wc as it is so close to the wall that there is no space for the legs!
The hotel is very clean, and the Wifi is also very good with fast connection. The personel speak English well and are very friendly.
The triple room is very small, especially if you have several big luggages. But for one night stay and the price, there is nothing to complain.
Clean rooms, clean bed linen. Good location near metro gives ability to reach any part of the city
Not comfortably enough space for 3 person. Third bed is a converted sofa but it's comfortablr. Also place for toilet bowl till the wall is not enough to sit straight.
reasonable price in Paris, near to Metro 7 (Tolbiac stop), bar served around the clock
small crowded room and toilet, registration required for wifi login every time
Very competent and polite staff, a reasonable sized clean room, free WiFi everywhere. Good location and many opportunities to reach the city centre by public transport. A lot of cafes nearby where one can have breakfast.
friendly staff and location.
even though i had the do not disturb sign up the cleaning staff came in to clean the room.
The location was convenient for our purposes, the room was clean and the bedlinen good. The room was spartan and perhaps too small for a triple but it was good enough.
The first day we got back in the evening and the room hadn't been done, the second day we arrived after lunch, around 3 p.m. and more of the same. We complained and eventually the chamber maid came at 4 p.m. to do the room. we had no redress for the inconvenience. Breakfast at 9€ is steep taking into account that you can have nice breakfast in any of the cafés of the neighbourhood for 4€.
size of room size of bathroom toilet only to be used with legs on the side
Choose this hotel if you looking for good price and a safe neighborhood. Public transportation is only 300 meters away and gets you in about 14 minutes to Notre Dame or Louvre. Also there are lots of great bakeries were breakfast cost you as little as 2 euro per person. The wifi is free and stable. Parking is available via the hotel for 20 euro per 24 hours.
Well nothing! Breakfast is very expensive ( 9.50 per person per day) and parking was a little bit pricey but well suited next to hotel.
Room sizes are very small
Free wifi, location not too bad although not an awful lot of interest when you're delayed getting into your room.
We arrived at 13h00 (an hour after check-in time) and were informed that the room wasn't ready. The man behind the counter was very blasé about this and told us to just come back in an hour. We returned at 14h15 and the room still wasn't ready. A lady called Isabelle was very lovely and eventually went herself to find a room that was ready for us to use. It was quite annoying as we only had one night in Paris and wanted to make the most of the time to do sightseeing etc. When we finally got into a room at 14h30 it was incredibly small, you had to climb over one bed to get to the next.
Staff attitude location Quiet and safe area
Room size is small
Nice and clean hotel, metro station is a 3 min walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and nice. Decent breakfast.
I have stayed in other Ibis hotels as well, but this hotel's rooms were a little too small. In the twin double room there was hardly any space to keep luggage or walk around the hotel.
