reasonable price in Paris, near to Metro 7 (Tolbiac stop), bar served around the clock
small crowded room and toilet, registration required for wifi login every time
friendly staff and location.
even though i had the do not disturb sign up the cleaning staff came in to clean the room.
The location was convenient for our purposes, the room was clean and the bedlinen good. The room was spartan and perhaps too small for a triple but it was good enough.
The first day we got back in the evening and the room hadn't been done, the second day we arrived after lunch, around 3 p.m. and more of the same. We complained and eventually the chamber maid came at 4 p.m. to do the room. we had no redress for the inconvenience. Breakfast at 9€ is steep taking into account that you can have nice breakfast in any of the cafés of the neighbourhood for 4€.
size of room size of bathroom toilet only to be used with legs on the side
Choose this hotel if you looking for good price and a safe neighborhood. Public transportation is only 300 meters away and gets you in about 14 minutes to Notre Dame or Louvre. Also there are lots of great bakeries were breakfast cost you as little as 2 euro per person. The wifi is free and stable. Parking is available via the hotel for 20 euro per 24 hours.
Well nothing! Breakfast is very expensive ( 9.50 per person per day) and parking was a little bit pricey but well suited next to hotel.
Room sizes are very small
Free wifi, location not too bad although not an awful lot of interest when you're delayed getting into your room.
We arrived at 13h00 (an hour after check-in time) and were informed that the room wasn't ready. The man behind the counter was very blasé about this and told us to just come back in an hour. We returned at 14h15 and the room still wasn't ready. A lady called Isabelle was very lovely and eventually went herself to find a room that was ready for us to use. It was quite annoying as we only had one night in Paris and wanted to make the most of the time to do sightseeing etc. When we finally got into a room at 14h30 it was incredibly small, you had to climb over one bed to get to the next.
Staff attitude location Quiet and safe area
Room size is small
Nice and clean hotel, metro station is a 3 min walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and nice. Decent breakfast.
I have stayed in other Ibis hotels as well, but this hotel's rooms were a little too small. In the twin double room there was hardly any space to keep luggage or walk around the hotel.
The customer service is really bad at this hotel! We got to the hotel around 9am, rooms are not ready till 12pm ok fair enough they do mention that the check in time is at 12. Check in time came, and by this time me and my friends were exhausted, we kept asking front desk if the rooms were ready, it was now 1:30pm and we still haven't been checked in, the lady was very rude. They made us sit in the lobby from 9am, no one offered us a drink or apologised for the delay. Horrendous customer service
Staff were friendly, beds are comfy. Price was right for Paris and the rooms was not too small like I expected.
The location. To get to the Eiffel Tower we had to take 3 transfers on the metro. It's really far if you want to see any attractions. We had a 4 year old with us and doing the metro every day just to see attractions was crazy. Specially with a stroller. Hotel is nice if your stay requires you to be in the area.
I'm Asian that travelling for so long thus it's a great location with a lot of Asian restaurants. 400m from the Tolbiac metro - that every convenience to travel around Paris Nice staff.
The room is quite tidy. The wifi is not saved, you have to log in every time you check it.
Location is good. Very convenient , staff are friendly and helpful except the last day morning change of shift , 1 staff doesn't really understand English .
No kettle in room. Room is really very small. No place to open up big luggages .
I order the room for three people but they give me 2 people maximum to stay , it is not honest staff . Location is bad
offered by Loubna especially, and Isabella as well. Thank you.
Plumbing: the water for the sink & shower doesn't seem to flow well; need to give time for the buildup to drain.
Clean and tidy.
Considering I had emailed them 3 months earlier for keeping the same room since there were two continuous bookings I hadn't received an answer and had to pack twice. Plus the new room had no space for opening my luggage or even walk around.
Breakfast, employers very friendly and always ready to help
Very small room and toilet
close to china town, nice bakery and supermarket around. staffs are friendly, clean.
location not close to city center small room!
The only negative is the hotel is bit tight! not enough space to manvouever around the room,
Cleanliness Local shops Distance from Metro
Small rooms Paper thin walls
Nice looking and clean
The room was verry small
Location perfect Friendly staff Good price
The rooms was a bit small
Location! Walking to the metro easily Safe street at night Great restaurant, store, drugstore, bank, etc all within 2 blocks Complete breakfast buffet. 24 hour access Clean room Working air conditioners. Windows that open easily Nice staff.
Can't change money (there is a Western Union across the street though) Very tiny room and bathroom. No fridge, safe, or hairdryer in room. No place to put suitcases.
Easy to find (driving into Paris from the south), parking option very near to hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good showers, no street noise in rooms. Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet area and felt safe returning late at night.
Rooms are small (we had a double and a triple)
The price was really acceptable even though in summer time.
The room was quite small, I booked for a triple room but I got a double room with one more extra bed. It was noisy when I was living there and did not have a good sleep. Breakfast was really bad and it cost 9.5 euro, it did not make any senses.
