Excellent value for money. Restaurant was fast and tasy but not fast food. Staff still serving and friendly at 9.30pm. Room clean and comfortable and corridors peaceful. The road works made it awful to find on a rainy night. We stopped a police man in the end. Le Havre is in a real mess for a tourist who was tired and lost. But hotel was great.

Staff is friendly, the room is clean. Price is not too high. Room for three is quite small. Wi-fi from Orange is awful, no vo-ip, no torrents (legal ones), only 200 mbs allowed, open non-secured network (bye-bye facebook passwords).

Nice secure car park! The receptionist was very unhelpfull! There was no bar facilities available on a saturday night----total let down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were very pleasant. One of our party got stuck in the lift and during the 45 minutes he was in there they checked on his wellbeing. He was offered a beer when he was release from the lift. Dated decor. A ceiling panel fell outside my room when i closed my door

Staff attitude and when our car was in an accident they booked us another night from rac with no problem. Food although rather expensive very good ,especially breakfast which was a very good deal. Two towels would of been better per person and complimentary drinks tray in your room. Not always wanting to go to reception for a coffee although always available.

La literie était très confortable. Petit déjeuner sympa. Etant au rez de chaussée, nous avons entendu les passages incéssants des personnes, le billard à 00 h 30 et les voisins du dessus qui faisait un gros calin a 7 h 00.

La facilité pour avoir accès à la chambre après la réservation faite par internet. Facilité et rapidité pour le règlement de la note lors de notre départ. Facilité de parking. L'accueil a été correct mais pas professionnel car j'ai trouvé le personnel peu enclain à entamer conversation pour souhaiter la bienvenue.

Le buffet petit déjeuner Une seule prise électrique dans la chambre absence de volet à la fenêtre, simple rideau facturation de deux taxes de séjour et de deux petits déjeuners par jour pour un séjour seul (remboursés après coup) peu de choix au restaurant
