The hotel was very clean and nice inside, the rooms were tidy and modern enough. There is a secure parking facility for about 9 euros, but we did not use it as on steet parking was for free (as it usually is on Sundays and bank holidays). Would definitely stay again if in Le Havre :)

The breakfast was quite nice, but wouldn't say that it was worth 9 euro. The hotel staff (two girls on the reception) were not particularly cheerful, but the guy, who was at the reception during the night, was very helpful and friendly!

This is a new hotel, modern and cosy. We chose it because of excellent location - it's situated just 5 minutes by foot from the railway staition on a quiet street and because of lmoderate price. We had a week-end at this hotel in January 2012. Rooms are small but modern and very clean, the bathroom is very spacious and clean. The staff are helpfull but not everyone of them speaked English. The bar in the hotel is open till 23-00, after 23-00 they offer you only soft drinks and some light snacks. But considering price+location+rooms - we were absolutely satisfied.

Excellent value for money. Restaurant was fast and tasy but not fast food. Staff still serving and friendly at 9.30pm. Room clean and comfortable and corridors peaceful.

The road works made it awful to find on a rainy night. We stopped a police man in the end. Le Havre is in a real mess for a tourist who was tired and lost. But hotel was great.

Helpful staff. Quiet room. Very good breakfast. Very convienient for the car ferry and the centre of the town.

The staff were friendly and polite and offered help when required.

The staff were very pleasant. One of our party got stuck in the lift and during the 45 minutes he was in there they checked on his wellbeing. He was offered a beer when he was release from the lift.

Dated decor. A ceiling panel fell outside my room when i closed my door

Staff attitude and when our car was in an accident they booked us another night from rac with no problem. Food although rather expensive very good ,especially breakfast which was a very good deal.

Two towels would of been better per person and complimentary drinks tray in your room. Not always wanting to go to reception for a coffee although always available.

Manque de prises électriques, lits inconfortables, pas toutes les chaînes de télévision, bruits empêchant de dormir, personnel peu accueillant, ménage non fait au sol, manque d'équipements (fer à repasser, table à repasser, ...), pas de volets.

Tout est a revoir au niveau du service qui est catastrophique et notamment au restaurant le soir. Aucune chance pour que j'y retourne Merci
