Quiet at night- good breakfast- away from the maddening crowd- Would have liked better facilities regarding having a drink in the evening- there was really nothing to do but go to your room.

Close to metro. Could fit a family of 5 in one room. Have the option to pay a breakfast supplement. Clean rooms, ours even had a small patio. The room had undergone some sort of updating renovation. Ben linens were warm and cozy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood was on the seedy side: several sex shops, strip shows, etc., which was a bit too interesting to our young children. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking through it. Not a big deal in the end, because Paris is a rich pageant of all things. The towels were fairly skimpy. Beds not very comfortable.

right in the middle of fabulous sights, great for city transit, food, entertainment with in walking distance. Very pleasant staff! Great breakfast, very good assorment of food for a continental breakfast. Had some room issues, staff went out of the way to make it right. not enough hot water, shower and taps ran out quikly. Maybe no ones fault, huge cold snap while there.

The evening staff were fantastic and the location was great We had to move rooms twice, because the bath would not drain and because the water from the tap in the bathrooms gave me electric shocks! I could have died if I had a pacemaker. The day time staff's response was that we should just wait til morning to get it fixed, this was not appropriate considering the danger we faced by touching the water supply in the room. Thankfully the night time staff came in and had us moved for the 2nd time. We didn't dare drink the water.

The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful - we were not expecting such lovely staff. The location is also perfect. My sister had to move rooms twice, first because the bath would not drain and second because the water from the tap gave her electric shocks! This was so very dangerous, it could easily have killed someone with a heart condition. Very scary, painful and so so dangerous. The day time staff member did not understand the gravity of the problem and asked us to wait til morning to get it fixed!!! Luckily the night porter came in and was extremely helpful and moved them again.

The hotel was good, the room was enough for 5 people and the location was great, just 4 minutes walk to the Pigalle metro station. Also, 2 super markets are very close. The staff even made reservations for the Moulin Rouge for us. The only thing is that in our room we could not see the wifi, only in the lobby, which was an issue for us.

Great location. Although initially dubious as near moulin rouge and the 'nightlife' district, we were one street away from great shops. Choice of two metro stops four minute walk away and 10 minute uphill walk to Sacre Coeur. Hotel, quite basic with no facilities in room. We had to ask for towells. However, we were a family of 5 age 13, 11, 9 children and managed to get a room that slept us all, which was good as not many hotels offer this. Cramped but clean and functional. Staff friendly. We wouldn't stay there again as for the price you would expect a little more touches of comfort in the rooms. However, it served its purpose and was a great base for our four day trip.

The location is not bad but you have to take in your consideration the sex location the hotel in, so you have to take care specially when you have children. The services are very poor, the room is not prepared for the guest so you have to complain, it does not worth the money I paid

The hotel location. It is close to the metro, carfour supermarket and restaurants. The reception personel was very polite and helpful The hotel rooms are very old and not comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep is ok. I think most of the 3 star hotels in Paris are just like this. To stay in a proper hotel you must spent a lot of money

Very benelovent staff, clean rooms and good breakfasts. There was only one disadvantage - absence of elevator in the hotel during August. So we had to go upstairs (5th floor) on foot.

I like the place because it is very accessible to bus stops and train stations. Lots of shops within the area. The staffs were very accomodating when we asked or inquired for some things. The bed covers/linens and the pillow cover were not changed just as we arrived and checked-in. Those still smells other people's smell.

The only good thing about it was the friendly staff. For start the lift did not work, and when you have been walking the whole day in Paris, you do not want to go up 5 floors on stairs. The size of the toilet was unbelievable, sitting in there your knees touched the door (and I'm not a tall person). There wasn't enough remote controls for the TV'S. And the location is not the best for families with young children, just round the corner there are sex shops and cabarets.

Friendly staff. The only set back was parking at the hotel - they did not have any parking space so we had to park a good 15 min walk away. Understandably so since it is located in Paris and the streets are tight and narrow.

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
