Staff are lovely and supportive. Breakfast is okay for the price.
It's an old place and appears to be run mainly by male staff members which may explain the level of cleanliness, which is...low....
The elevator was not working properly and our kids got trapped in there for 20 minutes. When they were finally out, and quite upset, the desk clerk did not offer any apologies at all. After this, we did not trust the elevator and so had to drag our luggage down 6 flights of spiral staircase! Was not impressed at all and would not recommend this motel to anyone!
Family of 5,they just stuck a fold up bed into already cramped room and had no bedding first night. Shower was very poor but they did improve that after I complained. Upon leaving we were charged a tax per person per day which came to About 22 Euros. We had been told nothing about this whatsoever when we booked or arrived and this was quite frankly a rip off.
The rooms are spacious. We also get free breakfast courtesy of the manager.
The hotel is under renovation. the doorways look untidy. Heater not functioning fully and we had to experience cold rooms at night.
The location of the hotel is excellent, it was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and alway there to assist. For a mini break stay in Paris, my family and I enjoyed.
Wifi too slow needs updating.
Super friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room,
clean room good bathroom but small
NO HEATER Poor Staff small room thin bed small elevator dirty stairs
The location is ok, near moulin rouge, sacre coure, metro station
Unsafe: u can hear everyone througth the floors, Small room, very small bed, shower bath... The colours of room is not welcomed. That is more one star hotel or hostel....
Shower door just a pice of glass
Central location for the money
Elevator is small and always full The hotel was on works (a lot of noise) The hotel is not confortable Hair dryer was broken Breakfast is really basic
We have booked an appartment for 5 and they gave us a small room! There were no car park and the street was very narrow. The room was very cold and they have limited the heating system from the reception
Central location Can walk to Gare Du Nord from there. Nice interesting shops around and good food in some of the restaurants. Lots of music/ guitar shops around this area
This Hotel is open to the public whilst being refurbished at the same time. It is dusty, walls plaster is being repaired, floor is unfinished, communal areas have been covered by curtains as they cover piled up furniture and builders materials. it is like a building site. It should actually be closed till is in a fit state to open to the public. This is no way to treat potential guests. The state of the place is so poor we tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel and we only went there in the evening in order to go to sleep. Hope you can do something about this and prevent other potential guests in going to this place for now.
(third stay in 8 years) Location is fantastic. Walking distance from Gard de Nord and Monmartre. We have a balcony room and sit and sip wine looking over the rooftops of legendary Pigale.
Don't have kettle to boil hot water
I loved the room itself. We had a triple room. Very comfy bed. At 8 months pregnant, I had a fab night's sleep. The receptionist the night we arrived was very polite & helpful. The ladies in the Kitchen were very helpful when the hot chocolate machine wouldn't work.
I didn't like how crowded it was at breakfast. Nothing the hotel can do except maybe space out tables or something. Also the wifi kept dropping out - it was free so that's a bonus.
- Comfy beds, soft pillows - a/c in the room was nice
- Small toilet closet that is not made for tall people - Keycard didn't work on door, so had to ask front desk for regular door key
Excellent helpful friendly staff, good location. Would recommned to others.
Good location, kids breakfast free, staff pleasant,
No help with luggage to rooms, floors were not level, no bar fridge, bath very slippery so think a bath mat would help, breakfast room very small, so difficult to get in and out, bit expensive for what we got and breakfast extra
The morning receptionist, he was nice and helpful. The place is a short walk from the Opera and one of the hop on bus stops.
A long list! In a nutshell, the other receptionists (especially the one on 1st and 2nd Aug nights) were rude, the hotel was under construction (no word about it in advance) which meant there were scaffolds in front of the room on the street side (on the first day, two men asked us through our window if they could go down across the room). They promised to put us into another room facing backwards because we did not feel safe this way, but instead of the room they promised (305) they gave us one on the sixth floor (the tiny lift only goes up to floor 4, from there on you walk up on narrow steps to the room). In the room, there were only three duvets for five people. There was one blanket in the cupboard, but the cleaners took that away as well on the third day. The night receptionist said they had no more blankets to provide. ETC.
I like this hotel , nice staff , Internet ,
Great room, great staff, not as bad as some of it's reviews. Great area with a neat vibe.
Not too much to complain about to be fair. Was very happy with it.
The location is midst a Red light area. It is surely not a family place. We felt it was overly priced, but as it was a tourist season didn't had much choice either.
Good location, especially for sights around Sacre Cour and Montmarte. Many restaurants and a carrefour within 5 minute walk. It was a good deal for a room for a family of six, even if it was a bit tight.
Location was not the best. Needed updating- very old. Location was far from the city centre.
