Easy access to metro on a beautiful boulevard, close to restaurants, groceries, good and safe location. There was no safe box or refrigerator in the room. |

It was close to the railway line. Had internet....Bathroom was good...beds comfortable...the hotel was good value overall. The breakfast was a little expensive....there was no tea/coffee making facilities or a little fridge.... |

The room had the view of Eifel Tower right out the window. Great stay for the price. Staff spoke English as well and were very helpful |

The location allows for easy access to the Metro. It's within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower...(if you like to walk). Great staff! The concierge recommended great places to eat, and was very friendly! The rooms are small, but that's what we expected in Paris. We enjoyed our stay!!!! |

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general. Cleaning staffs very courteous and friendly. Most staffs were except for one receptionist who was not very customer service oriented. |

The attitude of the staff towards the guests . They were indeed very helpful and confirming that there were absolutely no problems.Made the stay even more comfortable. the room should have had a coffee maker(water heater). |

The staff were extremely accomodating and really went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. We went for our wedding anniversary and they gave us a fantastic room with a view of the Eiffel Tower plus helped us with recommendations of restaurants etc. The location is fantastic and it is really easy to get around Paris from the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. |

Location was pretty good, with Metro station across the road and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The only disappointing thing was the noise from Boulevard Pasteur. We had a front room, the rear rooms may be less noisy. The hotel offers 24 hour reception, however, when we went to leave at 6.30am one day the front door was locked and no reception available until 7am, thwarting our days plans somewhat. Otherwise this hotel is ok. |

Staff, room, comfort - everything is just perfect and location is excellent - in 2 minutes from metro station. Excellent value for money. Free wireless internet was not available in the room. In the lobby it worked well. |

our room nr.11 was nice, is the biggest room from Innova,i think. i liked it u should go and see what stairs they have :)) u need a rope to climb that stairs :)), very dangerous......Too much noise....and no heat in the rooms....very cold ! |

Staff is very helpfull and polite. Breaksfast is really good and comperatively cheap. Hotel is very close to metro station. There is wireless internet in the lobby. |

The staff was absolutely charming and inviting. Everyone from the deskman to the cleaning staff. The location is perfect, steps away from the metro station. There was even a slight view of the Eiffel Tower, not bad for the price. Room was a little snug, but very comfortable. No WIFI in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby...and oddly there were no "Do Not Disturb" signs.... |

I loved the hotel Innova. Very central to everything as the Metro is right outside the hotel entrance. 5 quick stops to the Eiffel Tower. I was a bit disappointed that there was scaffolding outside the hotel with tarpaulin in front of the window. I realise this will not always be the case and I would certainly return to Innova. |

The Hotel is conveniently located near the metro line and is very reasonably priced.small but was neat and clean. views from my room and all other rooms as far as could be seen from outside were covered and blocked by plastic sheets due to construction work..not very smart! |

I liked the hotel because: it is very close to important touristic places (Eiffel, Notre Dame...), it is 1 minute close to the Metro, it is clean-daily cleaning the room-, it has free wireless in the lobby of the hotel, the staff is polite and friendly. I liked it the hotel a lot and there was nothing I disliked! |

Very clean and cozy, the location z great as its exactly next to the metro station which made my stay very convenient. TV channels are a bit boring, no English speaking channels except for CNN which is not always favourable. |
