To be in front of a metro station, to be close to the Eiffel Tower and facilities as coffees and bistros close to Innova, makes this hotel an excellent option. Marisa

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Not everyone speaks in English in Paris but Innova’s staff did which was great  We’ve stayed for 3 days over New Year’s Eve. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is very local to most of the Paris attractions. Eiffel Tour is about 15min walk. Very convenient :) Thank you very much for having us.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The rooms were kept very clean each day, the cleaners were friendly as were the kitchen staff. The advice on local restaurants was excellent. Location was perfect for visiting my niece in Montparnasse. Breakfast was good each morning. The metro station just in front of the hotel was a big plus. Views from our rooms were excellent. Price was good.

Nothing, I would love to go back sometime.

It is a very good hotel, clean, friendly staff and with a reasonable price. I would stay there again and I definitely recommend that hotel.

The bed is too small - my husband has almost 2,00 m and he didn't fit in the bed. Apart of that, the hotel is perfect.

The room was very clean. and the location was also very good , just opposite it is a metro stop served by 2 lines.6 and 12..

cleaniless and location

Very convenient location - 30 seconds from Pasteur metro station which services two metro lines. Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. Wi-Fi in the room was free.

There was no air conditiong in our room. It's not a problem in the autumn, but I think that in summer this will be an important lack, because some rooms overlook rather noisy street, so you would not like to open the window.

We were particularly impressed by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is across the street from a Metro station; also, it is a safe area with lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful & the hotel was in a fantastic location, central to many sites in Paris.

Quite a good location, hotel front desk staff really excellent, friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom clean.

Drab appearance, room cramped, decor poor: clashing colours walls/carpet, etc. Threadbare carpets in public areas.

The room was a bit worn, but very clean and the staff helpful. The Metro is close by. We haven't tried the breakfast, but went to Brasseries nearby and to the bakery across the road. Super location for visiting Paris, we would stay there again!

No air conditioning.

The hotel is right in front of a metro exit. Room was clean and reasonably spacious for 3 pax. Wifi availability and connectivity was great.

The room did not come with an air-cond so for summer vacation, it is a bit of a challenge. Room should have come with breakfast.
