Room was clean and quiet (back of hotel) with a good ensuite/shower. A little on the small side, but nothing to be unexpected for Paris. Breakfast was a buffet consisting of a selection of pastries, toast, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, etc.. at a reasonable price. Hotel staff on reception speak English and very friendly. Only 10-15 mins walk from Eiffel Tower.

Water pipework in hotel a little noisy, so other rooms using showers etc.. in the morning do tend to disturb you.

Very courteous service and great location but nothing fancy.

The rooms are rather small but we only went to the room at the end of the day to sleep. Also, not very soundproof.

Relax and go outside the hotel to shopping. It's very clean and air conditioned and close to the Metro I think good location. Friendly staff He's helpful & polite etc.

There was no bar refrigerator in the room and free coffee.

Sightseeing

There was no bar refrigerator in the room, but we encountered this problem all over Europe, not just at this hotel.

Controlable air-conditioning, easy access lift, rooms nice, really nice bathroom, friendly staff, bus 95 & METRO 6/12 outside door, other bus, coach and train stops 5 mins walk. Bars, food outlets and museums near hotel.

Third time I've stayed at Innova. Third time I'm completely satisfied with this hotel. Simple, but spot on, in front of a Métro station, clean rooms, nice shower, perfect for someone who wants a comfortable place to crash by the end of a busy sightseeing day in Paris.

Staff were helpful, provided us with a cot at short notice. Were very helpful with any issues and very polite.

Night duty manager very helpful & considerate. Hotel has two parking spaces renting 4 €10 per day, well below local rate. Stayed 2 days (one night) & were charged one days parking. Sensible walking distance of Eiffel Tower & next to the Metro which is cheap travel @ €1.30 per day. Round trip from this hotel 2 Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Basilica (Sacre Coeur), Louuvre and Notre Dame & back 2 hotel is 19km/12 miles (walking) but no more than 2 km by Metro. 1st place of interest on described route is UNESCO 1/2 way to Eiffel Tower. On Ave de Suffren just before Eiffel are an excellent patisserie & fruit shop 4 breakfast & local market prior to UNESCO on Suffren some days. Local painters at Basilica, beware high priced photocopies.

The location is great. 1 min's walk to metro station, maximum 1 change of metro lines to almost every famous place. The room is small but ours has a view of the Eiffel Tower, although backyard doesn't look great. Staff speak perfect English and very helpful.

I don't like the shower very much cos the water flow was a bit too delicate, but generally fine.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very near metro station and within short walk to a few place of interest.

Air-con / fan for summer and fridge is a bonus :)

It was right in front of the Pasteur metro stop - brilliant stuff. As I like to explore Paris on foot, I thought the location was ideal. Aside from location, my room was comfortable, the windows blocked loads of outside sound, the room was cleaned every day (the staff came in the early afternoon rather than morning for that), and everyone who worked at the front desk was lovely to me.

There wasn't any air-conditioning, but that's not a reason to dislike the place and I did fine without it.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is also very good. The rooms were lovely and clean.

I think the internet costs could be a little cheaper.
