great location close to all the tourist attractions, was able to park at the location and leave the car there after we checked out. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The personnel was very kind and coperative. Internet quality is poor. There was wireless in the lobby only, but the provider did not allow other SMTP server, therefore no e-mails could be used. This problem was encountered with several different e-mail systems. |

The staff particularly the receptionists were excellent and the fact we could see the Eiffel tower at the hotel No ideal for a quick break. The bed was not comfortable |

All in all it was ok, but I think that it is too pricey, I saw the two star hotel just opposite and rooms looked pretty much the same, but cost 1/3 less |

The room was a reasonable size and relatively comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is close to the centre of Paris and it's only a few blocks walk to the nearest Metro station. |

The location and the staff's willingness to help. their option to hold our baggage was also a plus our hallway to our room was veryyyy dark and was that way our entire stay. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for the cultural feel, little resturants as well as walking distance to major monuments. Plus our view of the Eiffel was amazing. |

the location the horrible man on the reception during the nightshift, he rang the room at 2am asking me to check my flight times after i said i'd get back to him when he tried to force me into booking a shuttle bus to the airport. also he said i tried to con the hotel by booking a single room which i did by mistake only to be told i couldnt upgrade to a double because it was full. so me and my girlfriend had to sleep in a single bed, very uncomfortable, as if i would deliberatly book a romantic weekend in paris spending over £1,100, and then rough it in a single bed to save 30 euro. he made me feel like a criminal. he was so rude, my girlfriend was so upset. |

we found the hotel quite nice and central. It is located amoungst residences, shops and is central. It had a Parisian feel about the decour and we enjoyed the morning breakfast. The staff were professional and friendly. I'd like to go there again. Our room had no view of the eiffel tower. |

It is only 10-minute-walk to the Eiffel from the hotel, we had easy access to almost anywhere. There is only few options on breakfast menu, please increase more. |

This hotel was in a great location. Although the rooms were small I had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Wouldn't have the breakfast again, but here are plenty of nice bakeries around the area. The breakfast was not worth the money. We mentioned it to the staff and they happily waived the fee and said they would look at it. |

Knowledgable and friendly staff that spoke fluent English, which lent to our great experience. Close to the Eiffel tower, within walking distance of underground transportation (5 minute walk). Reasonably sized room with equally sized bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and local telephone calls. Windows that opened to provide fresh air to compensate for no air conditioning. In-room safe. |

Convenience to tourist sites. Able to book some tours and also shuttle bus from hotel. Room Service. More client focused night staff. Improve English channels on TV. Advise cleaning staff to heed do not disturb signs. |

The hotel is small enough so that you feel a part of the hotel family. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a side street that has several small wonderful restaruants and speciality shops. Nearby streets offer many outdoor eating establishments, bakeries, outdoor produce markets and boutiques, Best of all is that you are within a few blocks of the spectacular Eiffel Tower. |

Thought the Hotel was situated in a vert good position and very central to almost everything we wanted to see. The staff were very pleasant, and the Reception was excellent. Absolutely nothing |

Very good breakfast buffet. Polite and efficient hotel staff. Nice, clean room with quite a big balcony. Quiet! Nice and safe area. Short walk to nearest Metro station. And, of course, close to La Tour Eiffel! We were very satisfied with our stay at your hotel. |

The location is good for getting around Paris. The parking is good but is 23 euros per night. The staff were fantastic and treated you well. |
