Location and value for money. I have two kids ages 11 and 9 years old. In the web its clearly stated that additional beddings for kids are free of charge. I did my booking February and stayed there in June. One week before our travel to Paris I got a mail that I should pay extra for the additional bed. They should removed that in their website if they can not fulfill it! I still recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff! |

the helpfulness of the staff at the counter The breakfast staff were quite rude and not helpful, the room was pretty basic with no coffee and tea making facilities. |

the staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and very helpful at all times during our stay the breakfast was adequate but I expected better quality for the price paid. Outrtv did not work from the second day onwards and it smelled as if someone had been smoking in our room when we got back after the second day. |

Good welcome and well looked after! The rooms were of a high standard and breakfast was adequate. Hot tap in the bath wasn't hot enough, even though the sink was!? |

Clean, nice room, modern bathroom, flat screen tv, friendly and helpful staff, great left bank location around the corner from the Quay D'Orsay, Rue Cler, 15 minute walk to UNESCO, free internet wifi is effortless to use. you have to expect small rooms in a small hotel in paris--and this was small. |

location was good Dark and dingy. Room reaked of smoke. We requested a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and got a side room where you had to squeeze out onto a 1 foot wide balcony and look to the left to see the tower; not good for a couple. The hotel called this a superior room and wants to charge 30 euro per night more for this; I didn't pay it. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of restaurants, bars and facilities and easy access to the Metro. Had to pay nearly £100 extra for privelege room that had a poor view of the Eiffel Tower. |

The location was good and breakfast in the lobby was convenient. It did not matter to me, but obviously most guests were American. The initial room did not meet our bed requirements, but they moved us without problem. Rooms are very small. |
