Quite and convenient
Location was perfect. Minutes walking from Rue Claire (great restaurants, markets, shopping), Eiffel Tower, and transportation to anywhere in Paris. I requested an updated room and was very pleased and found it comparable to US hotels at that price. Considering that we were in the heart of Paris, the price was actually more reasonable than I expected. Staff was excellent, polite and helpful. If your driving and use their garage, practice maneuvering and parking in places that were not meant for real cars. In general I give the Jardins Eiffel an excellent rating and would highly recommend.
The staff were friendly and courteous. On arrival, we were given a splendid map with information about places to see as well as the seasonal Christmas market. The rooms and ensuites were spotless and very comfortable. Our rooms were not large but very cosy with excellent heating control. Perfect location. A most pleasant stay! I would recommend.
Good location nice staff good value for young couple
There is no hot water even no water heater in the room so it is probably not suitable for Chinese people
The hotel is in a great location if you are looking to visit the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musee' d' Orsay etc. and other attractions in the downtown area. It is close to the bus stop as well. We walked to everything. It was about a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and about thirty to the Louvre. The room was tiny (as expected in Paris), but was fine for us ( young couple with one baby). The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was also very clean and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was also very nice that the hotel has a parking area attached to hotel.
The wifi was very poor. It took several minutes to connect to the internet and often would not stay connected long enough to do a search. Fortunately we didn't need the Internet for much. Small room. Parking was expensive and the hotel did not tell us there was a daily charge of 24€ a day until our checkout. I suppose we should have asked prior to booking.
This hotel was great! The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and offered a view of the Eiffel Tower! We were two minutes from the metro making it easy to get to anywhere one wants to go in Paris!
The breakfast was quite expensive at 15 euros per person for a three star hotel. At night we could hear other guests and it was loud.
Staff were very friendly/helpful and spoke English. Was upgraded to a bigger room for no extra cost, which was a bonus! We could see the Eiffel Tower from our small balcony. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel was near lots of shops/cafés and a great market street called Rue Cler. Overall a lovely weekend away for couples !!
Excellent small hotel Nice staff, great location (Room with Eiffel Tower View ..!) Close to all places - and very quiet, There are excellent cafes close to the hotel (Paris Steel Coffee Shop
Problem? - 57 euros from airport to hotel 36 euros back to the airport! Why? Shuttle..Or Metro - 4 euros - but you have to know the system And the need to find the station..
Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the room. Accommodated special request for wine, and rose in the room upon arrival Very comfortable bed Great front desk service Great location
Could use a bit more variety at the breakfast buffet. Every day the same food items.
Liked the room. Liked the staff, who were consistently helpful.
No really close to the metro.
Great location in the real Paris not the touristy bits. Close to Rue Cler and lovely streets, restaurants and bars.
the taxi driver who tried to charge me double - not the hotel's fault!
Nice place to stay in Paris. Confortable and warmly room. Always everything clean. Exceelent breakfast !!! We will definetly stay in hotel next time.
Avoid a Taxi shuttle from hotel! Maybe you will miss a flight ....
Cleanliness and helpful staff. I would stay here again. Excellent location. The bed was not comfortable. Great shower. Need a soap dish in shower Enjoyed our stay & would come again Very quiet
Everything was perfect and very kindly staff. Eiffel tower was very close (5 min walk) and Metro station was just round the corner.
I guess I got the best room in the last floor and with a view on the Eiffel straight from the bed and it was awesome! The hotel staff was very helpful yet unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet wasn't huge but at least the cheese selection was decent.
Room, decor and staff are much better than 2/3 years ago.
Location was amazing and the staff were fantastic very helpful with any requests
Bathroom a little small but the good outweighs the bad
Excellent location (bakery, pharmacy, convenient store, boutiques, all close by), safe lively area, very clean, modern decoration and facilities, convenient room, free wifi. Very simple overall but very good value for money.
Staff are not super friendly but not bad by French standards ;) A couple were very nice and helpful though.
The location is perfect for walking tour. We stayed there 7 nights and walked only. The distance from the hotel to biggest attractions is maximum 40 minuts by walk. Rooms were cleaned every day and kept in a proper shape.
Very small room, very slow wifi and very poor breakfast. After 7 days i did not want to come down and take a breakfast - ABSOLUTELY THE SAME FOOD IS A DISASTER. Very thin walls and doors - every time my neighbour came at the room - i heard it. Also location was near elevator, despite the request for a quiet room.
location breakfast in-house view Eiffel Tower from breakfast hall arranged good van to CDG location
(Suggested length is 200 characters) What didn't you like? xtremely firm bed room a bit cramped, yet hallway inside room
Close to sights.
Could do with a bar for social evenings
Capable friendly staff; affordable and subtantial buffet breakfast; excellent location
Quirky room outside the main building and with faulty heating
Location, helpful staff, fabulous views, lovely room and great bed.
Only one thing that I didn't like. Although the beds were changed everything day, on one day the clean sheets they put on were washed but stained. Looked like fake tan on the edge of it.
Helpful and friendly staff, shame that I forgot to acquire his name. Definitely worth a praise, kudos Jardins Eiffel for keeping great staff!
Trivial matter to me, there is no flask in the room for hot water. Good to have, especially during winter or autumn!
All of the above,
Breakfast is a little high priced. Some mornings, the bread was not there and they would run short of fruit or eggs.
