Location, cleanliness and breakfast
Room size is a bit on the small side
Clean, modern, space (for Paris) and kind personnel.
good location (metro is 500m away, Eiffel tower is close, good restaurant opposite the street), quiet, nice atmosphere, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I would go back.
nothing in particular. The breafast-room is quite small - as a group of 4-6, you might need to wait for a free table. But it´s worth waiting :-)
Location and facilities are good
Staff's attitude is poor
Love the location, ideally placed for most of the major tourist attractions, plus we were lucky again and got a room with a view! Breakfast was excellent value for the money and there are lots of lovely shops and places to eat nearby. Parking facility is excellent and very secure being right underneath the hotel itself. All staff are very pleasant and helpful and most spoke excellent English, they were most accomodating.
No bar in the hotel but there are lots of small bars nearby so not really an issue.
The view of the room. The location, the room, was beyond perfect.
They didn't clean the room. Something must have gone wrong. We report it and they apologized.
Staff's attitude is not that good, especially at the breakfast area
It was a good hotell for sleeping, nice and quiet !
The breakfast was not so good ! The food was ok, but the personell didn't see that we had a lack of cutlery on the table. Lack of coffee, but it was very important that they could get payed for the breackfast!
This hotel is well situated for us when we visit Paris and although parking is very expensive, it is good that we are able to book a private park in the hotel garage. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
The price! Though having said that it is Paris!
Location of the hotel, cleanliness of a room,
I found staff not very welcoming and helpful. I was looking for a petrol station , the staff did not know that it was 2 roads away from the hotel. The staff told me that is on outskirts of Paris.
1. central location 2. clean and modern room 3. quiet room in the backyard with small view of the Eiffel tower
room itself and especially the bathroom was quite small
Very good location with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and very convenient for popular tourist attractions - some within a comfortable walking distance. We enjoyed walking down to the Seine after dinner when the weather permitted. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms were compact but had all the basics. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfasts.
The view from my room on the fith floor! It was breath taking
I think the price was very high for the facilities the hotel had.
Great hotel for city viewings. Close to the centre and all of the great places in Paris. Would stay again!
My fiancé and I chose this hotel because of all the other reviews, and we were not disappointed. We loved that the hotel was a quick 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower as well as an even shorter walk to lots of fun little cafes. Also liked that they had a free computer and free printing so we could print out our boarding passes before we left. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
We stayed in the first room on the first floor. Number 10 I think it was. It was kind of noisy and I have to say that I didn't sleep to great. I don't know if I heard gears in the elevator or what, but there was something making noise in the walls. We also heard people talking while they waited for the elevator, so that was kind of a damper on our sleep. Just drink lots of wine or bring ear plugs!
near most sightseeing attractions and tours Good restaurants nearby Metro within walking distance views of the Tour Eiffel from your room tea and coffee in room WIFI available and easy to use
room on the small side especially the bath. Pricy for size of room but not for location of hotel
Location, very helpful staff, good WIFI
Very helpful staff who supplied us with gluten free bread and soy milk because of my food allergies. Room large for Europe. Great view and we had a standard room. Fantastic location with supermarket, sushi, pastries all on the street over.
Handle on bathroom loose needs fixing as hard to open and shut.
Hotel is very good. I booked the simple double room but when checking in was offered an upgraded room. Room was big, clean, bathroom is big and comfortable. Bathrobe and slipperies are provided. Nice nail file not the usual one-use stuff. Location is wonderful: lots of small restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood, food market.Wonderful garden. Wifi is good.
Even though wifi was working all the time, there was bad phone reception in the room. Airconditioner is under the bed and it's dangerous to sleep with it fully on but you can live with it.
Staff was extremely friendly. Gave my fiancé and me a free upgrade to a beautiful room with a private balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower
I like the worm welcome from the staff and every things i asked i got it on time.☺☺
Breakfast was simple and cost mony.
They allowed us an early check in . 3 supermarkets a boulangerie plus Starbucks around . Very Clean tidy . Helpful staff. Free wifi.
Room's really really small! Location is fine but not excellent , always a long walk. Not very convenient since the RER C is currently not functioning .
Superb location, easy to find, pleasant staff! Almost all of the tourist sites are easily accessible by foot (if you don't mind walking). There are also some restaurants and a supermarket very nearby. Clean, pretty room with a good free Wi-Fi and TV with a few Russian channels. Some rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower ;)
It is expensive, but if you are staying in Paris for 2-3 days, it's worth the money!
