Vennlighet og kort vei til serverdigheter. De bør informere om at det er bedre å finne egen taxi, enn at de bestiller for oss til hotellet, da det kostet 6 Euro mer for samme tur enn om vi hadde "praiet" vår egen. |

Meget hyggelig betjening-hjelpsomme og gav god informasjon om koselige steder vi kunne oppsøke(shopping,mat og severdigheter).Ikke påtrengende!Ordnet også rimelig transport til flyplass,flott!God informasjon om metroen.God service!Rent og trivelig rom/baderom.Sentral beliggenhet som anbefales!! Vi likte hotellet,har ikke noe negativt å tilføre.Stille og rolig gate.Kan hende vi vil bestille rom her ved en eventuell senere anledning. |

Beliggenhet i forhold til serverdigheter. Vennlighet i resepsjonen. God buffetfrokost. Hyggelig betjening. Koselig rom. Hotellet lå i en meget rolig gate. Ingen forstyrrelser nattestid. |

Great location, and very good receptionist service. They have a very friendly hotel staff, who are more than willing to answer your questions. While located relatively close to the Eiffel Tower, we couldn´t see it from our room. Nonetheless, the stay at the hotel was very good. |

Our room had partial view of the Eiffel Tower, and the small fridge was great.The room was also a fair size and had a good choice of channels. Thank you. The breakfast is too expensive, especially for a child. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The personnel was very kind and coperative. Internet quality is poor. There was wireless in the lobby only, but the provider did not allow other SMTP server, therefore no e-mails could be used. This problem was encountered with several different e-mail systems. |

All in all it was ok, but I think that it is too pricey, I saw the two star hotel just opposite and rooms looked pretty much the same, but cost 1/3 less |

The room was a reasonable size and relatively comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is close to the centre of Paris and it's only a few blocks walk to the nearest Metro station. |

The location and the staff's willingness to help. their option to hold our baggage was also a plus our hallway to our room was veryyyy dark and was that way our entire stay. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for the cultural feel, little resturants as well as walking distance to major monuments. Plus our view of the Eiffel was amazing. |

the location the horrible man on the reception during the nightshift, he rang the room at 2am asking me to check my flight times after i said i'd get back to him when he tried to force me into booking a shuttle bus to the airport. also he said i tried to con the hotel by booking a single room which i did by mistake only to be told i couldnt upgrade to a double because it was full. so me and my girlfriend had to sleep in a single bed, very uncomfortable, as if i would deliberatly book a romantic weekend in paris spending over £1,100, and then rough it in a single bed to save 30 euro. he made me feel like a criminal. he was so rude, my girlfriend was so upset. |
