Beautiful pool up on the hillside. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Very comfortable room. Near Sainte Maxime, a great resort town. A car is needed to stay here, which we had. The walk to the beach is too far for younger kids. The town is only accessible by car, though it is great when you get there.

Charming hotel. Very nice pool and also pool view. Beautiful area around the hotel. WiFi had a good speed Our room was too small for 4 person family (with bunk bed) and no balcony.

Slightly out-of-the way location outside Sre Maxime is pleasant and convenient to Nartelle beach and to town if you have a car. Rooms are airy and most have terraces. Buffet breakfast is very good value for money at Euro 10 particularly as you can't just walk out to a cafe'; glassed- in breakfast room is very pleasant. Staff are pleasant & helpful. Has an old fashioned charm in terms of decor but everything is freshly kept up, plumbing is good, etc.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice for relaxation. The hotel is not in walking distance to Saint Maxime (either the town or the beach).

The location is convenient, away from the noise while close to the beach/village centrum, both 20min walking. The hotel pool is fantastic. Very small bed for two, pillows are awful, not enough privacy. It is enough to set volume on the tv up and all the neibours are in. If you want to watch English tv before sleeping, forget it, the sat reception is close to nill

This hotel is located in a tourist zone surrounded by several restaurants, souvenir shops and across the street from the beach and marina. No parking at this hotel. You must park at a public parking lot a few minutes away. The owners are very nice and so is their dog Titan. The breakfast room is a bright, sunny and pleasant spot for the more than adequate breakfast. The boardwalk across the street from the hotel bordering the sea is very pleasant for walks and picture taking of the marina and beach. Excellent value for the money. No parking at this hotel. Parking a few minutes away and difficult access to return to hotel to pick up bags.

Nice Hotel, nice rooms, really nice swimming pool Breakfast is 10 euros/person but does not include eggs/bacon. For this you have to pay extra. Breakfast does not include much so really too expensive. There are only 2 persons in the hotel, so if there is somebody at the lobby, you have to wait for your coffee/tea. You also have to pay for wifi. We had booked a standard room, but apparently got a comfort room. The room was at the road side and next to the reception. The rooms have thin walls so if they enter at 7 am, you will be wakened, also by cars. Owners of hotel could be more friendly.

Mon mari et moi avons trouvé l'emplacement de l'hôtel adapté à notre itinéraire.Les bâtisses de l'hôtel sont charmantes. La chambre petite et assez simple était correcte pour une nuit, la salle de bain récente beaucoup plus appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était convenable. Le parking était bien sécurisé. L'accueil réservé a été très agréable. La literie est assez dure et surtout les oreillers vieillissants (très jaunes sous la taie).Par ailleurs, dans un hôtel les oreillers doivent impérativement être lavés ou bien très protégés au changement de client (cf. Hygiène/housse spéciale en plus avant la taie). Si une odeur désagréable est perceptible, ce qui fut le cas, il est très difficile de passer une bonne nuit ! Cette remarque doit être une piste d'amélioration pour l'hôtel Jas Neuf. Sans cet inconvénient, l'hôtel serait recommandable, le test de l'oreiller étant rédhibidoire.

Un bel hotel de charme à Ste Maxime , la patronne est gentille et vous indique à peine l'enregistrement fait où il faut aller et comment s'y rendre avec un plan à l'appui.Magnifique piscine au calme et toujours des transats de libre , c'est fort appréciable ! Les chambres luxe !!!!! famille , 2 lits superposés dans un couloir , c'est trés bof !!!!

La chambre assez spacieuse et confortable avec une terrasse, l'agencement de l’hôtel, le wifi gratuit, la piscine et les jardins bien entretenu (même si nous n'en avons pas profité au mois de novembre), parking fermé et gratuit. L’hôtel n'est pas situé à 5min à pied du centre ville comme indiqué dans le descriptif obligation de prendre la voiture pour se déplacer, chambre mal insonorisée/ à la chambre d'à côté.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich (Gärtner und Zimmerservice). Zum Strand und in die Stadtmitte wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Eigentümerin des Hotels wirkt aufgesetzt freundlich. Es gab kaum persönliche Konversation mit den Eigentümern. Über Zusätzlichen ( Z.B. Frühstücksei wurde man nicht informiert).

Goede ligging, golf op 1,5km. Mooi groot zwembad met ligzetels Eerder kleine kamers (geen raam in kamer 22), beperkt ontbijt - normaal in Frankrijk. Personeel mocht vriendelijker zijn.

Das Ambiente des Hotels war sehr schön, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Frühstücksauswahl ( Buffet ) war gut und ein guter Start in den Tag ( kleine Schokocroissants, Baguette, verschiedene Sorten Marmelade, Käse, Wurst, Nutella, Obstsalat, der frisch zubereitete Kaffee war sehr gut ), serviert wurde in einem schönen, hellen Frühstücksraum, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam Das Zimmer war doch sehr klein ( double standard ), es gab kaum Ablagefläche ( für Handtücher etc. zum Trocknen ), mit 10€ / Person war das Frühstück etwas hochpreisig
