Hôtel Juana  

It is a nicely decorated, cosy hotel with friendly staff.

Old world elegance in a beautiful setting. Enjoyed meals out on the patio.

On arrival we were told we had been "up-graded" to a junior suite. If this was an upgrade, I dread to think what the original room was like!! This junior suite looked like it was in the middle of a refurbishment and as it was a busy time, they had decided to use it before it had been finished. The bathroom - although extremely small - was finished to a high standard except it was missing the shower screen so if the shower was used the whole bathroom was flooded! The "sitting room" had 2 stained chairs in it that looked as if they had been used previously in a doctor's waiting room!! There was nothing comfortable about them at all. The bedroom was extremely small too - and very difficult for 2 people to move around in there at the same time. Saying that - the bed however was quite comfortable. With hindsight, I wish I had declined the so called "upgrade". If you are offered an upgrade to room 208 - check that the refurb has been completed - although what they can do about the claustrophobic bedroom - I do not know!

The hotel is very conveniently located - right next to La Pinede, a very nice park just right off the busy shopping streets in Juan Les Pins. It is also very close to the beach, literally five min walk. The hotel is truly well maintained - nice atmosphere, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Overall, it is an elegant boutique hotel.

The swimming pool is a bit on a smallish side. However, it was not crowded at all during our stay (probably given the proximity of the beach).

there were no coffee making facilities in the room, and no chilled wine in the fridge, and for this kind of money asked for the rooms no fruit. the private terrace had no view and was overlooked by a block of flats.

This is our second trip to the Hotel Juana. The hotel is lovely and intimate. The hotel has a very friendly yet professional team running the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them . I would highly rcommend them. We intend to visit the hotel later this year.

Un séjour très agréable, hotel magnifique de luxe, personnel très professionnel et très agréable, chambre et lit à la hauteur de nos attentes. Hotel très tranquille pour les couples comme nous cherchant la silence.

Le rapport qualité-prix du restaurant de l'hotel, beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité de notre repas.

Notre séjour ayant eu lieu en février, nous avons rencontré des problèmes de chauffage. La chambre était surchauffée et personne n'a été capable de la régler. Nous avons donc passé une nuit à 28°, ce qui est intolérable dans ce genre d'établissement. De plus le lendemain matin après avoir pris connaissance du problème, la réception nous a tout de même fait payé deux café que nous avions pris. J'ai trouvé cette attitude très mesquine. De ce fait, je ne conseil pas cet hôtel.
