Comfortable, but not luxury. Convenient location. Relaxed ambience. Helpfull and friendly staff. The breakfast was very poor. Limited choice and no variance from day to day, and the buffet was not replenished without a request.This was the one major dissapointment of our stay at The Juana Hotel. |

the helpfulness of the staff. If there were any problems they were dealt with immediately. I would definitely stay there again. The Cafe lorca at the hotel was excellent. Not all the rooms were renovated and some were smaller than the one we stayed in . Our room was excellent. |

Hotel facilities fantastic and the immediate area around Juana Hotel having many small restuarants bars shops and a relax feel about juana les pins made for avery enjoyable stay With this class of hotel you expect to pay alittle more however 25 euros for Breakfast per person was a little lumpy, however enjoyed the coffee shop just down the road where breakfast was 6 euros with coffee |

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Juana as it gave us a comfortable base to explore local areas of Cannes, Nice, Vence. The hotel was very comfortable and the restaurant was very good. All in all a great experience. |

Tout, l'emplacement, l'accueil, le personnel charmant , dévoué, la cuisine, le petit dejeuner , la vue mer, le ponton de belles rives Juste une petite chose qui concerne l'hotel partenaire:c'est le prix des plats au restaurant la passagère qui nous a conduit à ne pas y aller |

La vue depuis les chambres situées en étage élevé ; le cadre ; la proximité de la plage et de la pinède de Juan (festival). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez varié ; le service est lent et tout est retiré sans flexibilité dès l'heure limite et surtout sans prévenir les clients déjà installés à table. Notre carte de crédit a été débitée a posteriori de consommations de mini-bar qui n'avaient pas lieu d'être. Une nuit a été comptée deux fois mais l'erreur (signalée par moi) a été rectifiée. Les produits de la salle de bains n'ont pas été remplacés après la première nuit et nous n'avions plus de gel pour la douche. Rien de grave, mais pas normal pour ce niveau d'hôtel et compte tenu des prix pratiqués. Enfin, pas de conditions préférentielles pour la plage partenaire (celle du Belle Rives). |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel - mooie kamers en goede service - voiturier beschikbaar en auto steeds dichtbij zonder betaling - mooie maaltijden op het terras voor redelijke prijs maar wel duur ontbijt De toegang tot het strand van hotel Belles Rives was niet gratis.Als u op een strandzetel wou liggen moest 20 euro extra betaald worden.Dit was niet door booking.com beschreven bij het reserveren ! |

Le decor moderne, le service et l'amabilité du personnel. Je connaissais l'hotel car j'y avais séjourné precedemment et le trouve très bien La chambre etait très confortable le seul detail mais quin'a pas affecté la qualité de notre bref séjour est que la fenetre avait comme vis à vis les cuisines ou le debarras d'un immeuble d'habitation ordinaire |

la tranquillità la colazione scarsa e rapporto qualità prezzo della stessa decisamente pessimo. yogurt scaduti da ben 10 giorni. parcheggio euro 25 al giorno ma il parcheggio era piccolissimo, non custodito e all'aperto. camere molto piccole. ambiente in generale vecchio |
