Brit Hotel, Le Kerotel  

The staff were very helpful in 'talking us in' to the hotel. We did not have a gps which I would say is essential, or a very good, detailed map, in order to find the hotel. The map/instructions on the web were not detailed enough. It was also very good that, arriving after a four hour drive, we could use the excellent restaurant in the hotel rather than having to go out again. Food for dinner was excellent and so was the service and friendliness of the staff.

Our only complaint was that the room, albeit looking very clean, smelt very damp when we first opened the room door. The damp small could be traced to the ensuite shower room. Once in however, the smell was not perceptible - just on the first entry into the room. Maybe the flooring in the bathroom needs to be looked at?

L'accueil

Le radiateur de la chambre ainsi que le sèche serviette qui ne fonctionnaient pas et l'intervention de l'artisan le soir. La colle sur le lavabo. Le miroir qui était sale. l'absence de papier toilette la douche soit glacée soit bouillante (le thermostat qui ne fonctionnait pas) aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction (lamentable et scandaleux). La personne que nous avons eu samedi soie et dimanche matin étais très très agréable et gentille avec nous..

Exellent accueil a la reception, proprete irreprochable ;petit dejeuner tres copieux;exellente nuit,au calme,a proximite de la ville,dans une chambre relookee avec gout !

Les travaux en cours

.Des travaux de rénovation étant en cours lors de mon séjour, je ne peux porter de jugements définitifs sur le présent item et le suivant.

Quelques odeurs de moisissures dans la salle de bains.

La proximité géographique de mon RDV professionnel

Le bruit car situé près d'une route très passante à coté d'un rond-point, la mauvaise isolation thermique et accoustique, pas de double vitrage, le froid dans la chambre, les mauvais renseignements du personnel pour trouver ma chambre, le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas, bref tout.....
