very helpful staff and very good english skills. In the perfect location for our needs at exhibition centre in Villepinte. Bath mat and water missing on a couple of mornings

Close to Motorway. A bit too far from the rail station after a long day in Paris. Rooms not very soundproof. Felt a little run down after staying at other Kyriad hotels.

It was able to accommodate all our family in one room (4 persons). The breakfast was substantial. Under 10 breakfast was free! It was dark and dreary. It didn't seem to have been upgraded or given any sort of a facelift for quite some time. It looked old and shabby. The room was soooo small! The room was superficially clean but very dirty and grimey if you looked around!

Le personnel est très compétent et accueillant. Il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel n'a pas été rénové mais est correct pour le tarif proposé. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit mais non gardé ni fermé. Les portes des chambres qui claquent très fort lorsqu'elles se ferment et vous réveillent. L'insonorisation des couloirs. Une seule prise pour toute la chambre!!!! Qui sert donc pour la tv à la base. Si vous avez un ordinateur, un téléphone, difficile de charger en utilisant la tv... Et aucune prise pour la salle de bain. Trouvé un poil de la personne passé dans la baignoire...

makkelijk aan te rijden en maar 20 minuutjes bij Disneyland Parijs vandaan. gratis wifi was ook heel fijn. Ik vond het hotel heel matig. Bij binnenkomst komt je meteen een bedompte zweet lucht tegemoet welke door het hele hotel hangt. De receptie is niet bepaald een visitekaartje, alles is oud en is behoorlijk aan renovatie toe. Ook als je door de vieze kleine gangetjes naar je kamer loopt krijg je niet bepaald een fris gevoel. Gelukkig waren wij er alleen voor de nacht, maar als je daar langer verblijft is het geen aanrader. Zeker niet voor die prijs.

Kamer was niet schoon. Onder bed lagen nog spullen van vorige bezoekers.SpinnewebbenDouchen met warm water is problematisch. Want het brandalarm gaat af wanneer je met warm water douchet. En dan komen ze van het hotel met een hoop commentaar waarom je met warm water gaat douchen.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Hoewel de bar gesloten was, was ze wel bereid om deze te openen voor ons doch het aanbod beperkte zich tot een frisdrank of bier.Het onbijt viel mee. Het hotel was niet ver verwijderd van Eurodisney. Het restaurant van het hotel was in het weekend gesloten. De bar was evenmiin open. De omgeving was dan weer niet onmiddellijk een plaats om 's avonds nog een wandeling te maken met gezin. Het gaf ons eerder een onveilig gevoel. De mogelijkheden om 's avonds nog iets te eten in de onmidddellijke omgeving van het hotel waren zeer beperkt. De kamer zelf was wel klein voor vier personen.

La proximité vis a vis de notre obligation familiale Une premiere chambre puant la cigarette, une deuxieme chambre puant la cigarette froide. Seule la troisieme fut conforme à notre demande. Graisser les portes ne devrait pas etre trop compliqué à faire. Cela semble etre une urgence. Enfin, revoir les fixations d'accessoires de douche et lavabo. Il s'agit à mon sens d'entretien regulier qui n'est pas fait. A part ca, c'est correct.

Le personnel nous a aidé à résoudre un problème de réservation et ils ont fait un geste commercial. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir réservé une chambre à 2 lits avec lit d'appoint. Il n'y a en fait pas de lits d"appoint dans cet hôtel, ce sont des chambres à 3 lits. Nous avons été déçu par la vétusté des chambres (moquette vieille et sale, joints de salle de bain douteux, couvre-lits troués et très sales)

Le fait qu' une des deux lits était sans couverture( il n'y en avait pas non plus dans les placards) et qu'à 23h00, nous ayons été obligés d'en demander une, que nous avons attendu un petit moment...

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je trouve la literie très inconfortable. Pour avoir séjourné dans cette hôtel plusieurs fois, je vous conseille de choisir des chambres à deux lits simples. La literie est alors plus ferme et confortable.
