Staff at reception desk were welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was on the small side but space was used efficiently and furnishings were modern. Room was kept impeccably clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus. Location was just a few steps away from the metro station and from the Old Port. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff are extremely helpful and polite and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent location! Luggage has to be carried up to the 1st floor since lift is situated there. Getting in and out of the bath can be a problem as this is very high. Bathroom is tiny.

Free Internet. Bar open 24/7 Kind staff (they let me use a conference room for free so that I could study) They gave me the 30% discount I would have got using this site, although my booking.com reservation never got to them. No frigo bar in room. Internet really slow.

Location (next to metro and old port), modern interior of rooms, helpfulness of staff, particularly in the evening. One of the rooms seemed not to have been properly cleaned (found piece of soap with hairs on the floor, had to wipe clean one or two surfaces).

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel location was good. The hotel was within a 10-minute walk of the old city and even though the hotel was on a busy street there was no street noise. The hotel lobby and our room were recently redecorated. The room size was excellent. We had asked for a very quite room – in fact we stressed this. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not inform us that during our stay they were undertaking construction and redecoration work on each floor. The work was being done on the suites on each floor and produced far too much noise. It was also frustrating to pay high season prices during mid October with the construction noise. Had all of the construction and redecoration work been done I would have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Location was excellent right on the front of vieux port behind all the restaurants and bars.the shopping area was a thirty second walk.staff were very helpful and friendly,especially the gentleman on the night shift during our stay.Overall very pleased with the hotel

Excellent responsive staff and an unbeatable location made for an easy stay in exotic Marseilles. The steps up to the elevator , total of 15, apparently are to go away next year, the lobby is to be re modelled.

The location was an excellent base for the old port. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful! The rooms were small but very clean and it was a welcome surprise to find a kettle and tea/ coffee making facilities in each room. The lift was very small but it served it's purpose.

The very best part of your hotel was the delightful young lady at the front desk. I'm so sorry I do not remember her name but she wore a red dress. She was plesant, cheerful and very helpful with our needs. She should be considered a wonderful asset to your hotel.

The staff, especially reception and breakfast. They were friendly, helpful and showed a great sense of humour. The hotel's position is great - so close to to the Vieux Port, access to the Petit Train and open top bus and loads of restaurants. Good for a short city centre stay or business.The red cow was an interesting feature! The lift was very small and rather antiquated. Not many rooms with any sort of a view. Parking outside very difficult - would have been good to have known this but parking nearby ok if you have a cool head in traffic!

Location was great, right in the vieux port area and close to shops, restaurants and metro. Design of rooms and bathroom, though both small, was nice and functional. Very nice staff and good general service level. The price-quality level was really good in this hotel. The shower holder was broken, so you had to take the shower in your hand.

Location is very good. Elevator was not working and we were told that it was not going to work at least for another 3-4 days. We were staying at 5th floor and they did not help with the luggages. In addition, the air conditioner was not working in the middle of August and we had tough night (plus mosquitoes). When I mentioned that the air conditioner was not working during check-out next morning, they asked me why I did not called them because there was a switch for each room at the reception and they could have turned it on!!! My question is why they have not told this at check-in, at least!!!!!!!!!! The bathroom looked clean with the exception of long black hair all over the place.

“I don't believe you can find a better value with location and quality in Marseille. It is easy to locate, ideal for walking to all areas of the city including (obviously) the Vieux-port, the city's shopping area, boat rides, as well as Notre Dame de la Garde. No charge for Wifi is a big plus. Parking is across the street in an underground garage, easy to get back and forth to hotel.
