dutch speaking staff, clean reception small rooms and bathroom (very small). we had a room with a view of a tunnel of other rooms. so not much to see of Marseille. |

Nice staff, good location right in the city center. Boiler and thea bags in the room. Internet terminal for free in the lobby. very small elevator, room fittings a bit worn/outdated. |

Friendly, welcoming staff, a really good location next to an excellent boulangerie which is very handy for getting food to go exploring with. Nice, quiet, and they serve up a great breakfast. |

I enjoyed the proximity to the old port and ease to use the metro which is just around the corner. Metro only has escalators going up, so heavy bags are difficult to transport down 2 flights of stairs. It is on a corner beside a taxi rank, the noise throught the night was deafening. No sleep at all for the first 2 nights, exhaustion allowed me to sleep there after. Beside a dodgy area away from the port, especially for women who may travel alone.The hotel room was very small for two women who were there to work. |

Great location, and a very helpful, friendly staff. The room was very nicely decorated and generously sized. The hotel provides a free Wi-Fi internet connection, but the connection did not work in my room. The keyboard of the terminal in the lobby was extremely difficult to use as the keys are organized differently than I am accustomed to. I felt cut off from communicating with family and friends as well as being unable to check financial information. Internet connectivity is essential to me. |

la proximité du centre ville qui permet d'etre au coeur de toutes les visites la chambre donnait sur un mur à environ 3m, pas de possibilité de voir le ciel et la salle de bain etait exigue avec manque de tablette pour deposer nos affaires |

Très bien situé et service courtois. La ventilation est déficiente et c'est étouffant un peu. De plus comme c'est une zone très bruyante, il est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre. Il était pas possible non plus de capter la plupart de postes de télévision. |

港には面しておらず１本裏の道だが、Metro駅から30秒で便利。フロント・朝食（別料金）のスタッフは感じが良かった。エレベータは２階からで２人+荷物でパンパンとても狭い。部屋はスーツケースを広げられる程度の余裕はあるが、窓からは隣の建物しか見えず色気ゼロ。バスルームも狭い。決して積極的に勧めはしないが、後悔するようなホテルでもない。 |

l'accueil et le personnel sont excellent, c'est très agréable. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à 50m du vieux port et du centre ville. l'ascenseur ne descend qu'au premier étage et il est très petit |

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ik had een klein probleem en de manager loste dat onmiddellijk op , hij volgde het ook op. Iedereen is bereid de klant op elke wijze te helpen |
