Proximity with the train station. Good accueil. The private parking was full... so very difficult to park on the street and of course really more expensive than expected. The shower in the room was really not confortable, dirty and a bit broken... |

A clean and well maintained hotel in old Toulouse. Secure parking, although extra, was very welcome. The staff was courteous and helpful. |

Close to the station and walking distance to city centre. Stylish retro reception. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. Very small room and WC so tiny that it took contortions to get in and shut the door. Not enough pillows (as in most French hotels). Worst thing was the noise on two mornings with renovation in the rooms above and below, involving lengthy blasts of power drilling, starting at 8am - so no chance of a lie in on either day! |

The service was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the lovely woman who greeted us apon arrival, who straight away got us a map, circled some locations of good restaurants and even went out of her way to find us a good tapas restaurant. The rooms had modern and cheerful decor. We had a corner room, so we loved all the light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. A very quick walk to downtown. Parking extremely convenient. Bed mattress was a little hard, but that is a matter of preference. |

Good quality budget hotel, within easy walking distance from the city centre. Only stayed on night, as part of our tour of Europe but all the hotel facilities were fine. The garage parking is about 100 yards from the hotel, with no direct access for carrying luggage to the hotel but only a minor issue. |

Nothing at all. La Caravelle dont give a good service on the rooms, horrible toilletes and very old furnitures. I booked two rooms with conditioner air, but it doesn´t work. We couldn´t sleep. We asked for reclamation sheet but they said that didnt have. |

Clean and spacious room, good size bathroom, which was a surprise as I used to quite small hotel rooms in France. Convenient location close to the train station. Very helpful staff. Breakfast. it costs 10 euro, however not worth it. if possible, try to go elsewhere. |

This hotel was situated just 5 minutes walk from the bus and rail station and a short walk (5-10mins) from the city centre, it was amazingly quiet. We arrived far too early to check in but staff were kind enough to allow us to leave our bags while we went sightseeing. |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and answered our many, many questions with great patience and understanding. The man at the reception desk really went above and beyond in giving us city maps and tourist information. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel. |

I guess the price was ok for its location, it was clean and decent. rooms were too small, and no ventilation, it was hot, other than that it was just regular , nothing to remember or rave about. |

Bonne situation géographique, proche de la gare et du centre mais au calme. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, et très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. |

Pour un séjour de 2 nuits, pour être pre^t des transports en commun, c'est l'idéal. C'est un hôtel simple sans plus. Pas de commentaires, c'est un hôtel , plutôt un endroit ou dormir et c'est tout. Le fait d'être bien situé pour ce j'avais à faire. J'y retounerais dans la même cas. Simple, pratique, je ne cherchais pas le grand confort. De quoi dormir sans plus. |

Es la 2º vez que me alojo en el hotel, el personal todavía se acordaba de la primera vez que fui (solo 1 fin de semana) y de eso hace mas de 1 año. Personal encantador. Económico. No puedo decir nada malo de este hotel, se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. |

La proximité du quartier historique, de Saint-Sernin et de la gare Matabiau ; la petite rue perpendiculaire à la rue Raymond iv J'ai répondu directement à l'hôtel que l'appareil de climatisation individuelle (qui est plutôt un appareil de ventilation) faisait trop de bruit, quelque soit le réglage |

El que més ens ha agradat és la proximitat de l'hotel a l'estació de tren, encara que amb la nostra mala experiència de retards i cancel·lacions dels trens francesos hauria estat millor llogar un cotxe... Per cert, l'hotel té aparcament, l'hauríem pogut aprofitar, llàstima. La climatització de les habitacions és horrible. Sembla que hagin volgut fer un rentat de cara renovant el mobiliari de les habitacions i de recepció (on sí tenen un aire acondicionat modern), però les instal·lacions tant de bany com de climatització de les habitacions s'haurien de millorar considerablement. |
