1. Placed in smoking although specified none smoking. 2. Offered non smoker after complaining but twin beds even though we had specified a double. 3. Eventually offered a non smoking double but it was on a floor undergoing renovation. 4. Rooms made you itch. 5. In worst area of town opposite train station. 5. Possibly the worst hotel that we have stayed in in the last ten years. 6. Worst hotel out of the five that we stayed in during this trip. |

After a trip of 721 km from Belgium to Clermont-Ferrand, I was happy to find a no problem hotel, room was excellent, everything expected was there. The morning breakfast was correctly priced. So for me, no remarks what so ever. The reception staff was also extremily kind and helpful. |

Car-parking poor mattress, poor pillows, not being advised beforehand that a major refurbishment was underway - terrible smell of paint fumes (probably why the room price was 2/3 normal). very expensive cold buffet breakfast. |

Clean rooms, not very big but big enough and most important, very functional.Not disappointed by the parking facility. For the so-called 'family room', a door connecting both rooms would have been better. |

Kids liked the sweets at the reception. Minibar/fridge in room. Good off-street parking. Good restaurant next door. Family room was a double + sofa-bed, leaving no room to move around. Sofa-bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable with its strategically placed iron bar designed to prevent all sleep. |

Staff : very kind and helpfull - Price good value for money - car park first in, first served but at the end everyone can park and it is safe.Good stop on your way back home or on your way to the South. Location : in front of the station. Walking distance from the city center but the area is not very nice. |

good location(just 30 seconds of walk from the Clermont railway station, and five minuites from center of the city) friendly hotel staffs and sprendid anex restaurant(with regional plates). |

Grosszügiger Parkplatz, Z.Z. allerdings auch von Handwerkern und Personal belegt. Zentrale Lage. Inneneinrichtung benötigt überholung! Zuviel unnützes Mobiliar. |
