Good Location We had no electricity in a room. So, no tv, impossible to recharge mobile. We have asked the receptionist 4 times, but nobody did anything during 2 days.

Location and price are really great. Some of the staff were more than helpful and nice,others not really. There was no fridge and air conditioning,no balcony,buiding was old and not preserved.The room was supposed to be a smokers' one,but there was nothing to put in your ashes from cigarette. There was no mirror in the main room,only one in the bathroom. Breakfast is charged extra -not really a good idea.

Great location, really close to metro station. Close to reataurants and bars. Staff at reception helpful and friendly. Shower really nice. Lift to room fine although small, but adequate for our needs. Allowed us to leave luggage in hotel after we had checked out - a great help whilst we waited to go to airport on our return journey. Room was a bit cramped. Ancient TV - took ages to warm up and didn't have english channels. Remote control wasn't very good. Hotel seemed to be leaning over to one side - room slightly on a tilt! Would have preferred coffee/tea making facilities in room.

very big room (more than 35 m²), very hard to find in budget hotels in paris it looks run down, has not been renovated in a while and carpets smell of humidity and age

location was good: near the metro, shopping and restaurants. the bathroom was big. the room was very worn and the bathroom smelled. the bed was broken, it sagged almost to the floor in the middle so i wasn't able to sleep straight. there was no refrigerator in the room. apparently they are closing on oct 31, 2011 for one year of renovations, hopefully they will do a complete remodel and replace all the furniture.

The hotel is pretty old but very cozy and confortable...........the shower is great, after a tired day it was the best to relax, the people were so kind and helpfull........the localization is great, there are lots of restaurants nearby, supermarkets, pharmacies.......I Really love this hotel.

This hotel needs a mega face lift . The bathrooms are filthy. Mould all over and very disgusting. I stayed in many hotels in my current trip and not one was in this state. Most reviews said that the front desk staff were rude but to my surprise they were extra nice and very helpful. The location is superb. The carpets are horrible and smel sooooo bad. My personal opinion is that you should remove this hotel from your list of hotels as this ruins your goog reputation that you guys have earned so far.

We booked twin room but we got too small double room. We asked about twin and (we are happy) we got the triple big room for same money as double room. Next pleasure point the breakfast was enough good and rich. It costed 10 euro.Really nice hotel near the centre of city.

The hotel is in the excellent location just few minutes walk to Metro and Supermarkets and restaurants are around the corner. The room is a bit small but compare of its price it is fair enough.
