"Spartiate" : this hotel promote empty (and not so clean) walls, uncomfortable chairs, smallest windows and reused towels as "design" and "eco-attitude"... you pay high fees for low quality. Minibar included, as it only contains 2 bottles of water.

Very comfortable bed, pleasant staff, nice breakfast, quiet, well located. In spite of the negative comments below, we did think it was basically fine. Slightly off putting 'designer' style - very minimal, very poor storage, (weird glass cube set in alcove which you had to reach around at right angles to put things in) wet room bathroom with flimsy sliding door between it and foot of bed - bit too lacking in privacy for us weird window covering with studs which you had to attach individually No natural light at all in the space outside the room. The light came on automatically when you came out of the lift, but.not when you stepped out and shut room door . the switch was about 5 ft further down the wall.

Bien placé. Accueil minimal. Erreur sur le parking qui était payant et non gratuit. Esthétique des chambres moderne mais très froide. Bon, mais c'est un hôtel convenable et bien placé.

L'accueil, le personnel est particulièrement souriant et agréable. J'aurais préféré dormir dans un lit avec une couette plutôt que dans de vieilles couvertures et des draps qui grattent. Ma chambre, côté rue, était un peu bruyante.

La chambre est très grande et lumineuse. Le mobilier design assez original. La salle de bain est très belle et bien équipée. L'hôtel est bien situé sur un grand axe avec tramway et centre-ville à proximité. La ventilation très très bruyante et qui met trop longtemps à se couper quand on la met sur off. La grille de ventilation très poussièreuse. Le palier devant la chambre étroit et sombre assez peu engageant avec des murs sales (même si la présence de travaux dans certaines chambres peut l'expliquer) Pour ce prix et 3 étoiles, l'absence d'une bouilloire avec sachet de thé ou café est un manque alors qu'on en trouve dans des hotels moins chers. La télé petite et incapable de capter correctement les chaines basiques de la TNT (une grande partie est en noir et blanc). Encore une fois pour ce prix et 3 étoiles c'est assez inadmissible. Absence d'échantillon pour la salle de bain, uniquement un distributeur de shampoing sous la douche et un pour le lavabo.

Parking de Bretagne gratuit pour les clients sur présentation du ticket à la réception de l'hôtel Hôtel en ville, la rue est animée .....jusque tôt le matin ! Début tardif du service du petit déjeuner à partir de 8h00 le samedi matin

J'ai apprecié son architecture, son mobilier, la sobrieté des lieux et d'une maniere generale un certain minimalisme. Le personnel est souriant et bienveillant et la situation geographique en ville est tout à fait appreciable. L'isolement acoustique vis à vis de l'exterieur est remarquable. L'isolement acoustique interieur et notamment entre la chambre et les circulations. Le chauffage par soufflerie est bruyant. Le fait qu'un disfonctionnement de chauffage m'a contraint à demenager de la premiere chambre qui m'avait ete allouée. La salle à manger ou de petite dejeuner depourvue de vue et/ou de lumiere naturelle et dont la seule table en longueur (joliment prensentée) impose une promiscuité pas toujours agreable.
