Internetverbindung herzustellen und zu halten kostet Nerven

Blick aufs Meer, sehr ansprechende saubere Zimmer, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, ruhige Lage, die nahe Festung mit Stadtmuseum (unbedingt besichtigen), freundliche Mitarbeiter, Strand- und Stadtnähe.

Bei der Preisklasse könnte der Hauseigener Parkplatz (5EUR/Tag) inbegriffen sein.

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage:relativ zentral und doch nicht im Zentrum, die Nähe zur Festung mit der Ausstellung, bei der Anreise gut zu finden.

1. Die Ausstattung des Doppelzimmers ist eher spartanisch - nicht unter Luxusgesichtspunkten, sondern unter dem Gesichtspunkt des normalen Bedarfs:Doppelzimmer = 2 Personen mit nur einem Stuhl? Soll ich meine Unterhose nachts auf einen Kleiderbügel hängen. 2. kostenpflichtige Garage wo weit und breit keine Parkalternative ist

The staff were very helpful and friendly although the staffing of the bar was rather haphazard, the rooms have been refurbished since my last stay and are now up to date.

I liked the fact that the staff was very helpful and made me feel very welcome.

For a basic room it was extremely spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. The food was very nice but expensive. It was good to have tea and coffee making facillities in the room but you only got two little pots of milk which together were only enough for one cup.

Breakfast was not as nice as some of the other hotels I stayed in that week and more expensive too. The thelasso outdoor pool was advertised as an all year round pool but was closed during my visit for a water change, of which I should've been pre-warned as that's the reason I picked the hotel for a Sunday visit when everything else was closed.

Position, comfort and facilities. Very good room and comfortable bed Excellent breakfast (but expensive) Private car park with lift to room a big plus

Had dinner first night and the fish soup was very thin and salty

it was very relaxed and the staff where very helpful

the internet contection was terrible and a constaint source of frustration

Yes, the automotive noise, at times excessive, coming from the streets below. Even shutting windows did little to reduce it.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location right on the seafront with a chateau on the hill next to it, so some wonderfull views. The hotel bar and restaurant is modern and presented well. The rooms are nice and modern and comfortable and the shower is great.

Shame that breakfast is not included in the price

i thought the price was very high, bare in mind you did not get bed and breakfast, ive stayed in nicer hotels that offer gym, swiming pools facilities and included bb.

This hotel is absolutely superb, it is very modern, clean and tidy. All the fixtures and fittings seem to be brand new and the sheets on the bed are crisp white and very fresh. I liked the open plan sink and shower unit, also the wardrobe is nicely positioned.

Apart from the price, nothing. Also the breakfast seems a bit expensive.

The room was a lovely surprise and the bed was very comfortable and large!! We dined in the restaurant one eveniong and the food was excellent!
