This hotel is absolutely superb, it is very modern, clean and tidy. All the fixtures and fittings seem to be brand new and the sheets on the bed are crisp white and very fresh. I liked the open plan sink and shower unit, also the wardrobe is nicely positioned. Apart from the price, nothing. Also the breakfast seems a bit expensive. |

The room was a lovely surprise and the bed was very comfortable and large!! We dined in the restaurant one eveniong and the food was excellent! |

We found the hotel excellent. Also your staff members Charlotte in reception and Patrick your restaurant manager were very helpful and friendly. Through there help we found the stay very enjoyable, they went out of their way the be helpful. |

Excellent staff, lovely bright decor, super location, good offer of two breakfasts for price of one for over 55s Noise of running water during the night, noise of furniture moving on wooden floors ( suggest rubber pads under legs/feet ), only one chair in the room, need another hook for hanging towels outside shower |

Nice spot, modern rooms. It would be nice to have more fruits/healthy products for breakfast. Small problem with the reservation, but it was solved. |

Breakfast was poor and bad value. At 8.45 am there was no scrambled egg and the small ammount of bacon and sausage was dry. Egg was then cooked but the bacon and sausage was not replaced. |

we stayed 2yrs ago, it had a complete revamp. great fun. out of season, so lack of staff for catering. cocktail bar and restaurant. lack of ingredients for listed cocktails. big, fat, zero choice for vegetarians in restaurant.sorry i love animals. wanted post dinner cocktail in bar at 10pm. no.I don,t want to give them a hard time, it's difficult to remain motivated out of season, in the middle of the week.but we don,t get out much and france THRILLS me |

room quality and overall standard of hotel easy walking to all the local restaurants and shops. easy access to ferry. The price of breakfast and evening meal cost high so did not eat there but so many other places nearby no problem |

very central hotel, close to the beach and town centre. Nicely decorated and generous sized room. It wasn't possible to use the bedside lights without having a main light on which seemed a bit daft. Under the bed was very dusty showing it hadn't been swept for a long time, otherwise very content with the hotel |

The room was very nice, very original layout and fresh and modern decoration. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The Bath and aquatic centre complex opposite was very good. I had formed the impression it was actually part of the hotel, though, which is not the case. |
