Everything was great. The room was beautiful and large with state of the art amenities. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly although the staffing of the bar was rather haphazard, the rooms have been refurbished since my last stay and are now up to date. |

The decor of the hotel was very nice and the staff were cordial and helpful. It felt busy, and a had a good energy about it overall. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and even though I ate late there was still plenty of everything. Because Dieppe is quiet on a Sunday, the hotel might benefit from some sort of activity in the bar during the day. |

We liked the hotel location that was both near the beach and handy for the town for shopping and restaurants. There was a pleasnt view over the seafront and sea from our room. Secure car parking at the hotel is a bonus.. Sadly the pool at the swimming centre was drsined for maintence. This was disappointing as it was one of our selection criteria for the hotel. |

For a basic room it was extremely spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. The food was very nice but expensive. It was good to have tea and coffee making facillities in the room but you only got two little pots of milk which together were only enough for one cup. Breakfast was not as nice as some of the other hotels I stayed in that week and more expensive too. The thelasso outdoor pool was advertised as an all year round pool but was closed during my visit for a water change, of which I should've been pre-warned as that's the reason I picked the hotel for a Sunday visit when everything else was closed. |

Clean, well presented hotel with excellent friendly and helpful staff, both on the front desk, the bar/restaurant and the cleaning staff. There were not enough staff in the bar and restaurant for the number of guests. The staff were excellent and did their best, but they were completely overwhelmed and it took too long to serve people. |

Did you receive my email regarding two items I left in Room 333 upon departing 20 August: a book (Munro) & red diary? If found, kindly return to Hailsham address and bill me. Thank you. Yes, the automotive noise, at times excessive, coming from the streets below. Even shutting windows did little to reduce it. |

The very helpful receptionist; the modern design; the easy access; the room and facilities and the restaurant and of course the reasonable price. Lack of porterage on arrival even though we stopped right outside the main door we could not find a porter and moved our baggage ourselves. |

The hotel is set in a wonderful location right on the seafront with a chateau on the hill next to it, so some wonderfull views. The hotel bar and restaurant is modern and presented well. The rooms are nice and modern and comfortable and the shower is great. Shame that breakfast is not included in the price |

rooms were very clean and nice and staff were very helpfulljust thought it was to pricey for what you recieved i thought the price was very high, bare in mind you did not get bed and breakfast, ive stayed in nicer hotels that offer gym, swiming pools facilities and included bb. |

At this hotel we liked the styling/decor the rooms where very comfortable the food was very good and there was room at the back for us to park our motorbikes. The only thing that let this hotel down was the outside could maybe do with a fresh coat of paint as it doesn't do the rest of it justice. |

This hotel is absolutely superb, it is very modern, clean and tidy. All the fixtures and fittings seem to be brand new and the sheets on the bed are crisp white and very fresh. I liked the open plan sink and shower unit, also the wardrobe is nicely positioned. Apart from the price, nothing. Also the breakfast seems a bit expensive. |

We found the hotel excellent. Also your staff members Charlotte in reception and Patrick your restaurant manager were very helpful and friendly. Through there help we found the stay very enjoyable, they went out of their way the be helpful. |

Excellent staff, lovely bright decor, super location, good offer of two breakfasts for price of one for over 55s Noise of running water during the night, noise of furniture moving on wooden floors ( suggest rubber pads under legs/feet ), only one chair in the room, need another hook for hanging towels outside shower |
