Convenient for day trips to the nearby villages and mountain walks. Helpful to have a good restaurant on site. Pity the swimming pool was not open, it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. |

The breakfast/ dinner atmosphere is cosy, relaxed and staff seemed to be always in a good mood. Hotel close to city center and main road is also an advantage for saving time during ski holidays. The sauna temperature was too low; even on request for higher temperature nothing happened. We could not use it properly, therefore. |

Warm, comfortable, good sized rooms (many in this price range are 'boxes'). Great location for overnight stay before hitting any of the major ski resorts in the area. Delighted to find hotel has an excellent restaurant! NO |

Staff are helpful and friendly. Very clean room and good food. Very nice squash court. They have smimming pool, but was closed for maintenance during my stay. No elevator. This could be a problem if you have much luggages climbing up 2 floors. |

Very friendly stuff, excellent cuisine, calm environment, free Wi-Fi, free gated parking, proximity to shops and ski region. Quite a lousy shower in our room. Either they have a broken dish-washer, or they wash badly their dishes sometimes. Lousy swimming pool. |

Hôtel très confortable. Chambres petites mais très confortables. La déco est sympa. On apprécie la pause au jacuzzi. Restaurant déco chaleureuse. Les repas sont très bons et copieux Il manque un ascenceur |

Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé ; la chaleur dans la soirée en arrivant 29degrés !!!Le bruit de la rue qui jouxte l'hotel !!!!Et surtout le fait qu'on ait pas pu basculer ma réservation sur un autre hotel , à la suite d'une erreur personnelle ( que je reconnais parfaitement ...quand jai éffectué ma réservation , j'ai cru le faire pour Pralognan , et en fait , j'étais sur aime !!) |

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Prima ontbijt. Avondeten was matig en vet, gelukkig vlakbij betere restaurants. Geen aparte plek in het hotel voor de racefietsen, deze moesten op de kamer. |

Salle de restaurant et chambre infestés de mouches.Chambre au rdc(n°5) pas de store ou voilage,obligé en plein jour de tirer 2 grands rideaux opaques et de se retrouver dans le noir pour avoir un minimum d'intimité!!!! |
