The very nice and helpful staff

The fact that breakfast wasn't included and afternoon tea was which was at a time when most people were out

1. No coffee facilities in the room 2. shower soaked the entire bathroom 3. horrible cheap towels 4. style is very "aseptic." all white. Felt like sleeping in an operating room.

The staff had misplaced my reservation one month later, so all the rooms were booked. A simple, but very inconvenient human mistake. After I had convinced them that they were wrong, they not only many times excused themselves, but they found me a perfect alternative: Le pavillion de lettres, who payed for our taxi fair.

There was a mistake in their booking processing, no room available, but they handled it very well!

The desgin of bathroom can be better, especially the shower one.

Fantastic service by super friendly staff. Awesome location between the Champs élysées and Faubourg St Honore. Surrounded by great food options, non better than Julien patisserie - a must for breakfast. Simply fantastic hotel if you love food, shopping and central Paris.

This was a lovely boutique hotel - the rooms were small, but given the standard for Paris, we expected this. What we didn't expect and appreciated, was the complimentary room upgrade we were given at check-in. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this hotel, located within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and only a few blocks from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The hotel staff was wonderful - very accomodating with English and helpful with directions getting around Paris.We loved the complimentary tea service that was offered daily - pots of tea were brewed all from tea leaves, not bags. Exceptional and different tea flavours to choose from.

Il personale è molto cordiale e soprattutto disponibile, durante il soggiorno in Parigi capirete presto che la cordialità è un optional molto raro... L'hotel ha un design raffinato, le stanze sono carine.. Anche se piccole (avevo una camera "deluxe" sperando in una ampiezza maggiore.. Alla fine risulta non proprio confortevole come auspicato). Ad ogni modo il soggiorno in questo Hotel è stato molto piacevole, Parigi è una bellissima città. Il prezzo abbastanza alto, ma a Parigi tutto costa caro.

L'ampiezza della stanza, non molto confortevole.. Il caldo e lo spazio ridotto all'interno dei corridoi. Il prezzo esagerato per le consumazioni al bar ed al minibar in stanza (1 bottiglia d'acqua da 1 litro, 8 euro..). Tutto il resto è ok!

Proximité des Champs-Elysés.

Suite trop petite,propreté limite,petit déjeuner trop simple,aucun standing,cet hoterl ne mérite pas 4 étoiles,3 au plus.

Chambre un peu petite malgré tout pour le prix.
