the location , staff very friendly , nice breakfast
Staff were extremely helpful and the design of the hotel was very unique with all the paintings. Mr. Romain was extremely helpful in explaining all details we needed for the city as well as good suggestions for nice restaurants. Location is perfect 3 minutes to champs elysees and close to metro stations. We would definetely stay again there.
Al though we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was a bit tight. I believe thats the standard size of rooms close to the champ elysees.
In general EVERYTHING... The design, the service, the room, the people and the personalize service. I was welcomed and escorted to my room by the owner of the hotel since he is so into service and likes to take excellent care of his guests.
The Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is near some fantastic trendy restaurants and Bars, that are not too touristy. Very Romantic for young couples.
Location Staff are kind
No room service Housekeeping aren't good
Loved the decor, styling and general ambiance. Great staff who couldn't do enough for you and great location.
Needed to be able to make cocktails quicker - but they were worth the wait!
Staff greetings and care
Location ideal for sight seeing & easy transfer on Metro from Gard Du Nord. Staff very helpful & friendly, rooms comfortable & well serviced.
No air conditioning after 1st October so got very warm & stuffy at night. You can open the balcony doors but then get traffic noise. Breakfast 2nd day had more choice than first day when hotel was not so full, but well presented & enough to eat.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very stylish and it is in one of the best areas of Paris. A great hotel!
Outstanding Service from Front Desk. Great Location and close to Metro Free upgrade. Cleaning.
Price of breakfeast No Cable in to DVD, but got covered by the reception.
The staff were welcoming, the decor was nice (not sure about the colours in the lift though!), breakfast was good, my room (facing the inner courtyard) was quiet, and the big shower was a bonus.
Nothing - everything was good
A very nice, small hotel with perfect location. Untraditional in very positive way. Very friendly staff and good atmophere.
Extremely slow internett is a challenge for a business traveller.
Very nice hotel. Modern, clean and uncluttered. Rooms are fairly small, however, very comfortable and nicely designed. Breakfast is ok, but please do something about the quality of coffee... It is terrible.
Staff most helpful and friendly. Breakfast wonderful
Location location location
Staff EXTREMELY nice and helpful; good location; junior suite adequate size; breakfast was plentiful with fresh juices, cheeses, scrambled egs(GREAT!), assortment of fresh breads and pastries
tub/shower combination- it was narrow, slippery, and left water all over the floor; light switches were difficult to figure out initially
The hotel, location, staff, decor are all fantastic.
The people having an all night party across from the hotel until 7am!!
Great beds, if you get a room in the back it's very quiet; the staff were lovely.
The rooms & suite are tiny; the shower head was really really bad, worse shower I've had so far.
Excellent location to Champs elysees and St honore, yet discrete and quiet. Would definitely come again.
Small and old room
Location was great, hotel was reasonably-sized, clean and modern boutique hotel. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice place to sleep the night and explore Paris during the day.
Only received 1 room key between my friend and I and was asked to hand it into reception every time I left the hotel as they only had 1 key. I found this very odd but the worst was when I came back to the hotel all I had to do was say my room number and the key was given back to me- no one checked for my id or anything to make sure it was my room and staff rotated every 6 hours. I didn't like this bit at all.
No services like room service after 7PM and size of the room very small and
the white room, room size, bed comfort, tv, magazines. cleanliness
not enough English channels on the tv. borrowed dvd`s for recorder but no dvd in the case. better room service. no tea bags.
