the kidness of the staff.I had a nice surprise since they upgraded me in the junior suite and that made my staying even more pleasant and cheaper than thought considering the room I was staying in carpet is already a little dirty |

The day staff at the hotel was very helpful and answered all our questions in a curteous manner, especially Yusef. The common areas of the hotel where tastefully designed along with the rooms interiors. The night manger (as he identified himself) was an absolut disgrace. He was outright obnoxious, rude, and said "We do not need you here". Although the rooms design is tasteful, the overall scale is extremely small, especially for the price you pay per night. Overall, there are several other hotels that offer a better value. Seriously, book your stay elsewhere. |

The location is very good for shopping. The hotel is acoustically very well isolated and the decoration is interesting. The bathroom is quite large compared to the size of the room. There's a beautiful library near the lobby. The white walls need to be repainted because they're very dirty and they give a sense of disorder to such a minimalist ambient. The breakfast room is very small and cold. |
